Carol Swain Explains Her New Initiative, Unity Training Solutions Which Provides an Alternative to Critical Race Theory

 

Live from Music Row Thursday morning on The Tennessee Star Report with Michael Patrick Leahy – broadcast on Nashville’s Talk Radio 98.3 and 1510 WLAC weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. –  host Leahy welcomed all-star panelist, Dr. Carol Swain, to the studio to discuss her new business, Unity Training Solutions that will provide an alternative to critical race theory training for businesses and schools.

Leahy: Terry Dickson wants to talk about not being okay if Biden becomes president. Carol and I were talking about that. We have a little different viewpoint. Terry, what do you have to say?

Caller Terry: I agree with what Miss Swain is saying. I think she’s great. I love her. But this is the time that we’re actually going to have to go into war. I mean, this is the time. These people are ruthless and they showed it. I can’t believe they got away with it. And we just sit back and think that’s okay. Donald Trump should never leave the White House. Never ever. These people will do anything. And they will try their best to take this country. This is a coup d’etat and they got by with it.

Leahy: Well, yeah, but I think it’s a good point. Go ahead, Carol.

Swain: I mean, I agree with that too. I’m not sure what we should do. But I think that we will have strategies. And I think that as we pray we will know what to do individually and collectively. And I do applaud what Michael is going to be doing as far as monitoring the battleground states and reporting on the voter fraud. I’ll be doing you know, my part. And next week I will be going to D.C. to attend the Council on National Policy.

Leahy: Let’s talk about that. Because the Council on National Policy is a very very important institution. It’s been around for a long time. You’ve addressed them there. You were very well received. They asked you back would even be talking about this time.

Swain: I’m going to do a three-minute member report about my Unity Training Solutions business which provides an alternative to critical race theory.

Leahy: Now Unity Training Solutions, I’ve seen the website. A very nice website. What is UnityTrainingSolutions.com. Is that where it is?

Swain: Yes.

Leahy: So what are you going to do with that?

Swain: Well, I’m hoping I have other people to be facilitators that we would be able to go to companies, churches, nonprofits, and schools to provide an alternative to the divisive critical race theory and gender theories that have found their ways into institutions that divide people they disrupt the workplace. They disrupt the learning environment. And I think that we can do better. I want to unite people around our Constitution and our laws as well as the mission of the organization.

Leahy: So here’s my question to you Carol. I agree with everything you just said, however I will what kind of demand will there be for that kind of corporate and government training under a Joe Biden administration?

Swain: Well the Left will never want it. But there are people that love America that have traditional Judeo Christian values and principles and they want to do something. And I believe that they would like an alternative to what’s out there now that’s based on critical race theory.

Leahy: Well the Chamber of Commerce has already said that they don’t agree with that. They’ve told the president to stop it. Joe Biden will stop it. And you go into the Chamber of Commerce with you or unity training and what are they going to say to you under a Biden administration?

Swain: It doesn’t matter. I will go where I’m invited. So there will either be a demand for the service or there would not be.

Leahy: Well there should be a demand.

Swain: At least we’ll able to offer institutions because right now you have Christian schools and colleges bringing in people to disrupt the environment using this implicit bias and critical race theory that is very anti-White. It’s anti-male. It’s anti-American as far as I’m concerned. And it doesn’t make the workplace better.

Leahy: I agree.

Swain: Or learning environments.

Leahy: But I promise you under a Joe Biden administration, his first executive order will be to restore the training of critical race theory.

Swain: I’m not sure that would be the case, but I believe there is a demand for something different. And so we need to offer it so that the people that want to provide their employees with knowledge and information and better ways of working together as a team will be able to do that without bringing in people that will disrupt the workplace or the learning environment.

Leahy: I hope you’re right.

Swain: I’m usually right except I wasn’t right about the president winning by a landslide. He needed a landslide to avoid the mess that we’re in. But look at all the votes going back to the president that he got. And I think that we will have to fight for America. We would have to fight for our Constitution and it’s not over yet. But I go back to what I said Michael we’re going to be okay. (Chuckles) 

Leahy: Well, you know possibly. But I think there’s a lot of work to be done on our side for us to be okay.

Swain: Well Republicans need to pull together. They are responsible for what has happened.

Leahy: Well, here’s the thing in your particular case Carol. I think there’s a need for unity training. Absolutely. There would have been a big demand for it if there is a second Trump term, there will be a big demand for it among federal contractors and federal agencies. I think it’s more likely that demand will not exist for federal contractors and federal agencies under a Biden administration. What do you say to that?

Swain: Well the way it exists now, you don’t even get advantages or opportunities to do the training unless you certify as a minority business in this area. And so if I chose not to do that, I would not be getting many demands to do government training anyway. So I think there are enough entities out there that want something different. I don’t want to spend 24/7 doing this training. I would be happy, you know to do two or three trainings a month. And I have other facilitators that will be helping that would be experts in the various areas.
