   Of course SCOTUS refused to take action. That is what they do any time they can escape making a decision on topics affecting us ordinary “little” people. What a worthless and gutless bunch.

   Pretty soon hospitals will only be staffed with fat unhealthy people passing pills to fat unhealthy people.
