Tennessee Legislator Proposes to Relocate Illegal Aliens to Towns Connected to President Biden and Other Democrat Leaders

A Tennessee legislator has proposed the relocation of illegal aliens in Tennessee to towns that are connected to President Joe Biden and other prominent Democrat leaders.

Tennessee Rep. Bruce Griffey (R-Paris-HD75) filed HB1994 on Wednesday.

The bill summary states, “Safety, Dept. of – As introduced, requires commissioner, in collaboration with the commissioner of human services, to implement a system for the relocation of illegal aliens who arrive in this state to other locations.”

The legislation amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 20 by adding a new section:

(a) The commissioner of safety, in collaboration with the commissioner of human
services, shall develop and implement a system to identify and relocate illegal aliens as
soon as practicable upon arrival in this state on and after the effective date of this act.

(b) The system must:

(1) Reliably identify illegal aliens who have been relocated to this state by
the federal government or other illegal means;
(2) Provide for an orderly and economically efficient manner of removal
that minimizes costs to this state;
(3) Provide for removal with adequate speed to prevent temporary
encampments by illegal aliens or their disappearance into the communities of this
state prior to relocation; and
(4) Provide a mechanism for documenting arrivals and the personal
information of each illegal alien that is identified, to the extent practicable.

Illegal aliens that are subject to removal are then to be moved to Block Island, Rhode Island, Greenwich, Connecticut, Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, Governors Island, New York, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, Nantucket, Massachusetts, Newport, Rhode Island, Scarsdale, New York, Palo Alto, California, Yountville, California, St. Helena, California, or North Hero, Vermont.

President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden have a home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her husband own a vineyard in St. Helena, California. President Barack Obama owns a home in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki went to high school in Greenwich, CT.  U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse lives in Newport, Rhode Island. U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders owns a home in North Hero, Vermont. Other cities mentioned have connections with prominent Democrat leaders.

The legislation demands that an illegal alien must be relocated as soon as possible and not later than fifteen days after arrival. It also says that the commissioner of safety will make rules that comply with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act.

If passed, this legislation would take effect on July 1, 2022.

    I am stunned at the level of ignorance and childish thinking here. I will wager not one of these magadroids can positively identify an illegal person. They can surely spot someone who looks illegal to them. All the “other” needs is to look hispanic.

      Identifying those here illegally, those transported here, are very easy to identify. Illegals are not narrowed to Hispanics. Devoid this legislation, how many illegals are being dropped off in the areas targeted in this legislation? If none, why not?

    Load them up on buses, get them drunk, stop in front of Democrats and Rhino’s homes, tell the illegals, there’s women and drinks waiting for you in that house. You could just divert the buses traveling up I35 which are full of 20-30 year old illegal men.

    Representative Griffey is actually addressing a real need in Tennessee. Makes one wonder what the rest of the legislature is up to besides planning to get soft on criminals and to give away more of our tax dollars on “economic development” – aka crony capitalism. Oh, and dreaming up new schemes for more welfare thinly disguised are “grants”. We would be better off if the legislature never met.

    It’s good to see that not all Tennessee politicians are geldings! But we need to find a whole lot more Davy Crocketts and Andy Jacksons if we’re going to save Tennessee and this nation!

    Excellent idea, Mr. Griffey!

  14. Trevor

    Rep. Bruce Griffey, He understands the frustration Tennesseans have with the federal government! Maybe weak Marsha Blackburn and Dizzy Bill Hagerty could take the time to get to Griffey and learn how true conservative Tennesseans think and their frustrations with the federal government! Supporting and Hanging out with RINO Mitch McConnell does not serve Hagerty and Blackburn well!

    Griiffey truly knows what public service is! Keeping your promises still has value to hardworking Tennesseans
