Interesting considering that the 5 story IRS call center in Cool Springs has pretty much been empty since March of 2020. If you’re curious the building is across the road from the old Prairie Life Fitness building. All those “workers” from Davidson County are now working at home supposedly. If you believe that you need your head examined. One positive outcome is the Franklin EMS/Fire department has a lot less emergency calls. There was always an unusual number of incidents at this IRS location. Oh and btw, no one is supposed to know it’s an IRS building. There’s no signage to indicate it’s IRS. There are federal police that monitor the huge empty parking lot – good job if you can get it I’m sure. If you’re wondering how I know this, I work in a building facing the IRS building.
