Speaker of the Tennessee House of Representatives Cameron Sexton (R-Crossville) also marked the day, saying, “Happy 247th Birthday to the @USArmy! Thanks to all American Soldiers past and present for their steadfast dedication, determination, and service to our grateful nation.”
