The president of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America celebrated the election victories of Florida Republicans Governor Ron DeSantis and Senator Marco Rubio.
“Governor Ron DeSantis’ courageous pro-life leadership is an inspiration,” said Marjorie Dannenfelser Tuesday evening. “He stands unflinchingly with the unborn and their mothers, and tonight Florida voters stood with him and rejected pro-abortion extremist Charlie Crist.”

DeSantis signed historic legislation to end abortions in Florida at 15 weeks, when experts say unborn babies can feel pain.
“On the debate stage he highlighted the humanity of every child and called out Charlie Crist’s cruel agenda of abortion on demand until birth, paid for by taxpayers,” Dannenfelser noted. “DeSantis is right: we are all better when everyone counts, and this is a winning message and issue for pro-life Republicans nationwide.”
During an interview in June 2021 with the Daily Caller News Foundation, DeSantis said about the pro-life cause:
The people that aren’t supportive of the life cause, they’re not people you want to be in a foxhole with on any other political battle. They are the first ones who will sell out to the DC establishment when the going gets tough.

Pro-life, nothing! Both Rubio and De Santis are pro-BIRTH. Once the baby is born, they don’t care one wit for the baby or its mother (or its father for that matter). I hope Rubio and De Santis have deep pockets to personally pay for all these unwanted pregnancies!
