VoterGA, a nonprofit organization that investigated and allegedly found forensic evidence of manipulation and fraud in the 2020 election, was founded by Garland Favorito, who has nearly 20 years of experience researching electronic voting systems and over four decades of information technology experience.
The ACE Act, introduced by Committee on House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil (R-WI-01), has been dubbed the “most conservative election integrity bill to be seriously considered in the House in over 20 years.”
A GOP summary of the bill states, “[The ACE Act] focuses on the importance of strong election integrity reforms that meet the moment by bolstering voter confidence in our elections while respecting the Constitution, federalism, and conservative principles. Further, the ACE Act continues to address disappointing challenges faced by military and overseas voters and makes the biggest legislative effort in a generation to protect political speech in a climate where Democrats are doing everything in their power to determine “truth” and silence conservative voices.”
In a statement, VoterGA’s Favorito explained how the ACE Act can help voters in Georgia.
“We are grateful to Chairman Steil and the CHA for adopting non-partisan transparency provisions we recommended for Georgia and American voters,” Favorito stated. “New provisions of the ‘ACE Act’ will make public all materials essential to conducting post-election audits throughout the 22-month federal record retention period. These include ballots, ballot images, cast vote records, chain of custody agreements, logic and accuracy test results and equipment certifications.”
“Both Democrats and Republicans have favored these transparency provisions for years. Publicly available ballots are needed to verify questionable election results and detect counterfeits previously seen in Georgia. Once the ‘ACE Act’ becomes law, Americans will no longer be forced to suffer through secretly counted, unverified elections that divide the country because no one really knows who won. That will help restore American confidence,” Favorito added.
