Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, interviewed David Bossie, the president and founder of Citizens United, about his new documentary Rigged: The Zuckerberg Funded Plot to Defeat Donald Trump, which details how Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg spent more than $400 million to privatize election supervision agencies in the service of defeating President Donald J. Trump in 2020.
One week after the film’s debut at Mar-a-Lago, Zuckerberg announced that the two nonprofits he and his wife used to fund the takeover of election supervisory agencies in 2020, the Center for Technology and Civic Life, and the Center for Election Innovation and Research, would not participate in the 2022 midterms.
Bossie was one of the executive producers for Rigged, which was directed by Jason Meath.
Bossie told The Star News Network why he made the film and what it means to have the president’s support in getting the message out.
‘What happened to President Trump in 2020 in the election is a travesty, and it should not have happened. It should not have been allowed to happen,’ Bossie said.
The film presents a historical record of what really happened during the 2020 election, he said.
‘What we did in this film with President Trump’s help, to produce the film but then to host it here at Mar-a-Lago for its premiere, is a special thing,’ he said.
The Citizens United founder said the documentary is also a call for action for Americans.
‘It only matters if we actually change and we fight back against what the Left has been doing to this great country,’ he said. ‘Because if we don’t, we are going to allow this to happen again, and I’m not going to stand for it, and neither is President Trump.’

We’re only now being able to finally confirm exactly how this worked. Mark Zuckerberg and his wife are donating more money to local government ahead of the election. $100 million on top of a $300 million gift.
Bossie: What we did in this film with President Trump’s help, to produce the film but then to host it here at Mar-a-Lago for its premiere, is a special thing.
McCabe: The Citizens United founder said the documentary is also a call for action for Americans.
Bossie: But it only matters if we actually change and we fight back against what the Left has been doing to this great country. Because if we don’t, we are going to allow this to happen again, and I’m not going to stand for it, and neither is President Trump.
McCabe: One week after the film’s debut at Mar-a- Lago, Zuckerberg announced that the two nonprofits he and his wife used to fund the takeover of election supervisory agencies in 2020, the Center for Technology and Civic Library, and the Center for Election Innovation and Research, would not participate in the 2022 midterms. “…the Center for Technology and Civic Life, and the Center for Election Innovation and Research, would not participate in the 2022 midterms.” Zuckerberg will just rename them, and continue to work to influence elections.
