Iconic ‘Dukes of Hazzard’ Stars Set to Reunite at 2023 Gallatin Comic Con

Prepare to take a nostalgic trip down to Hazzard County as the beloved stars of the iconic TV series, Dukes of Hazzard, are reuniting at the 2023 Gallatin Comic Con. Tom Wopat, known to fans as Luke Duke, will be joined by his former co-stars John Schneider (Bo Duke) and Catherine Bach (Daisy Duke) for a weekend filled with old fashion Southern charm and entertainment. The event is set to kick off on November 11th and continue through the 12th, starting at 10 am CT at the Gallatin Civic Center.

For fans of the show, this is an unmissable opportunity to meet and greet the stars who brought the Duke family to life on the small screen. Joining them will be Rick Hurst, fondly remembered as Deputy Cletus Hogg, and Byron Cherry, who played Coy Duke.

Beyond the TV show that made him famous, Wopat is making waves with his return to the music scene. His latest album, Simple Man, is his first in seven years and his 13th solo release. This eclectic album features one of his self-written songs, “County Line,” a country blues tune. Notably, “County Line” is also the namesake for a new movie trilogy, now available on INSP Networks.

Tom Wopat has come a long way since the days of the General Lee and the Duke family’s high-flying antics. In the four decades since Dukes of Hazzard, Wopat’s career has been a multifaceted journey. He’s graced Broadway stages, appeared on various television shows, and performed at prestigious venues like The Grand Ol’ Opry, Carnegie Hall, and the Hollywood Bowl. He’s even had a role in Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained.

More recently, Wopat released Simple Man, his 13th solo album, showcasing his musical talents. Alongside his music career, Wopat is also making a mark in the film industry with the release of the second and third installments of the County Line movie trilogy, County Line: All In and County Line: No Fear, which are available on the INSP Network. Wopat also recently starred on the TV series, Black List, alongside James Spader.
