“I want to personally thank Senator Jim Tracy for his years of service to the middle Tennessee community,” Reeves told WGNS radio. “His legacy of growing business and supporting rural Tennessee will continue through his well-chosen appointment as State Director for Rural Development.”
Hailing from Murfreesboro, Reeves is well-known as the former owner of the Reeves-Sain Family of Medical Services. Reeves sold his majority interest in the the company to Fred’s in 2015, and currently owns TwelveStone Health Partners where he employs 125 people in Rutherford County.

Reeves said he will use his years of experience as a business owner to “cut through the red-tape that often hinders growth.”
“My desire is to use my experience running successful businesses in healthcare to come up with conservative solutions for our healthcare crisis,” he added.

The U. S. Chamber of Commerce/Business Round Table cherish their control of the national Republican Party but not any more than their local affiliates/reasonable facsimiles cherish their control of the state and local party. Thus we have this steady stream of big buck businessmen whose political philosophies are murky at best suddenly appearing to challenge candidates with long conservative records that aren’t so good for the bottom line. All that limited government/family values stuff is a real pain when all you are after and care about is big government/crony capitalism.
Nothing murky about Joe Carr’s views. Time and time again Joe has carried the conservative banner into uphill political battles when everyone else headed for the tall grass. With Mae Beavers and Mark Green gone conservatives desperately need Joe’s leadership in the State Senate which conservatives in the 14th district can deliver.
