In order to register for the COVID-19 vaccine, personal information such as your full name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, gender, race, and ethnicity will be required. These details are requested via the questionnaire on an updated COVID-19 vaccine registration website recently launched by the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH).
Users are also asked to confirm if they work or volunteer in certain environments, live with certain high-risk conditions, suffered past allergic reactions to any substance, received passive antibody therapy for COVID-19 in the last 90 days or any vaccinations in the previous two weeks, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or were currently or previously sick with COVID-19.
The Tennessee Star inquired with TDH spokespersons whether the personal information would be used to identify individuals who haven’t received the vaccination, or if the information would be relayed to the local, state, or federal government agencies for further use. Their spokespersons didn’t respond by press time.
The federal government relies on Tiberius, a software platform developed through Operation Warp Speed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Defense Department to track vaccine distribution. Although the platform takes in information about who gets vaccinated, it removes all personal information before any local, state, or federal officials may access it.
Although the government doesn’t have the power to mandate vaccinations for all citizens outright, the Tennessee Code does contain provisions for government-funded entities such as public schools and employers to mandate vaccinations. Under the law, certain individuals may be required to receive vaccinations if it’s deemed necessary for others’ health and safety, or if there’s an ongoing or looming epidemic.
As The Star reported previously, there are several bills currently under consideration in the Tennessee General Assembly concerning the expansion of protections against vaccine mandates.
According to TDH, as of Tuesday the current COVID-19 case count reached over 639,000 confirmed cases and just over 8,800 confirmed deaths. Per the CDC standard, TDH has been including probable cases of COVID-19 in its total case and death counts, in which probable total cases amount to over 120,000 and probable deaths amount to over 2,100.

So now I am supposed to provide a complete personal dossier in order to get a shot that may well not work. Anyone else smell a progressive rat here? Time to tell your rep and senator to call off the dogs.
The stated case and death rates are totally false. The test has already been proven to be hugely inaccurate (WHO). The death rate includes all deaths even people who were in car accidents, terminal illness etc. that had COVID or it was assumed they might have had COVID. Deaths FROM COVID are 6% of total COVID death count and this is right from the CDC. Fear is the best weapon for control.
I surely hope Tennesseans see what this is REALLY all about. COVID is nothing more than the yearly flu so what this registry is all about has nothing to do with COVID. Less than 1% death rate and now we have to register people who COMPLY with the regime. Nah, this is not good people.
