A Tennessee nurse who was wanted for negligent homicide in the death of a patient has been arrested in Tennessee after nearly nine months on the run, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).
“After a referral from Adult Protective Services, TBI agents began investigating an allegation that in March 2022, a certified nurse aide who worked in a care facility in Clarksville failed to properly use a lift while attempting to move a patient,” TBI said in a news release. “As a result, that resident, Patricia Oliver, sustained a fall that caused her serious bodily injury, ultimately resulting in her death. The investigation identified Takesha Tucker as the nurse aide responsible for the incident.”
A year later, according to TBI, a grand jury in Montgomery County indicted Takesha Tucker on one count of criminally negligent homicide and one count of aggravated abuse of an elderly adult.
She was on the run from police until Tuesday when she was apprehended without incident by the Kennesaw Police Department in Georgia during a traffic stop. Tucker was booked into the Cobb County Detention Facility and is awaiting extradition back to Tennessee.
Elder abuse laws are becoming more commonplace around the country.
As reported by The Ohio Star, the Buckeye State is one of the most fervent in protecting the elderly from abuse at the hands of caretakers.
“New research by WalletHub has revealed that Ohio is among the top three states with the best elder abuse protections in place,” The Star reported in December 2023. “WalletHub compared and scored the 50 states and the District of Columbia based on 16 key indicators of elder abuse protection in 3 overall categories – Prevalence, Resources, and Protection. Ohio, according to the data, is the third best state with the strongest elder abuse protections in place. The Buckeye State received an overall score of 52.71 out of the highest score, 100.”

Yet Big Pharma can pay off politicians to mandate vaccines that screw your kid for life, with zero liability. Sweet Jayzuz. What am I missing here? And how many died in Nursing Homes, after their experimental COVID 19 injections? Are we going to investigate that as well?
Scratching and shaking my head.
