Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Thursday that he is suing Pfizer for “unlawfully misrepresenting” Covid-19 vaccine efficacy and conspiring to censor public discourse.
“Pfizer engaged in false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims regarding the company’s COVID-19 vaccine in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act,” Paxton (pictured above) said in a press release.

The AG said Pfizer’s claim that its product possessed 95 percent efficacy against infection was “highly misleading”
“That metric represented a calculation of the so-called ‘relative risk reduction’ for vaccinated individuals in Pfizer’s initial, two-month clinical trial results,”: Paxton said in the release. “FDA publications indicate ‘relative risk reduction’ is a misleading statistic that ‘unduly influence[s]’ consumer choice.”
Not only did Pfizer’s product fail to protect against infection, it appeared to prolong the pandemic, the AG pointed out.
“COVID-19 cases increased after widespread vaccine administration, and some areas saw a greater percentage of deaths from COVID-19 among the vaccinated population than the unvaccinated,” he said.
“We are pursuing justice for the people of Texas, many of whom were coerced by tyrannical vaccine mandates to take a defective product sold by lies,” Attorney General Paxton said.
According to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), as of October 27, 2023, there have been 36,501 deaths, 211,257 hospitalizations, 5,055 miscarriages, 20,983 heart attacks, and 68,416 people permanently disabled due to the COVID-19 injections.
Paxton also accused Pfizer of engaging in a campaign to silence and intimidate people who spoke out against the vaccine.
The AG said that “when it became apparent that its vaccine was failing and the viability of its cash cow was threatened,” Pfizer responded by “intimidating those spreading the truth and by conspiring to censor its critics.”
Pfizer labeled as criminals those who who spread facts about the vaccine. It accused them of spreading ‘misinformation.’ And it coerced social media platforms to silence prominent truth-tellers.
Paxron launched an investigation into Pfizer and other vaccine manufacturers earlier this year.
In a statement Thursday, Pfizer claimed Paxton’s lawsuit has “no merit.”
“Pfizer is deeply committed to the well-being of the patients it serves and has no higher priority than the safety and effectiveness of its treatments and vaccines. Since its initial authorization by FDA in December 2020, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has been administered to more than 1.5 billion people, demonstrated a favorable safety profile in all age groups, and helped protect against severe COVID-19 outcomes, including hospitalization and death. The representations made by the company about its COVID-19 vaccine have been accurate and science-based,” Pfizer said in a statement.
In the past year, however, multiple studies have shown that Pfizer did not disclose that its COVID shots are contaminated with DNA fragments.
Pfizer and Moderna’s lack of transparency regarding DNA contamination in its COVID-19 shots “meets the criteria for evidence of fraud,” according to the doctor who invented the mRNA vaccine technology upon which the products are based.
“They [Pfizer and Moderna] absolutely did know about the existence of SV40 sequences,” vaccinologist Dr. Robert Malone told Republican lawmakers during a livestream House hearing earlier this month. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) led the event to examine injuries and deaths caused by COVID-19 vaccinations.
In a recent interview with Epoch Times, Idaho pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole accused Pfizer defrauded regulators and the public by executing a “bait and switch” of its product.
Cole said Pfizer’s clinical trials involved “a very synthetic PCR type process in making what makes up the mRNA sequence for these shots.”
“That’s what was given to 40,000 people—this very deliberate synthetic, engineered attempt at precision type process,” he explained. “In terms of getting a lot of this made for billions of people, a second process was used.”
Cole said that the second process relied on “the complimentary DNA sequence” and was only tested on about 252 people.
Multiple studies have found that the amount of DNA contamination in the mRNA injections exceed what regulators consider acceptable.
“So there was a big ol’ switcheroo,” the doctor said. “We did the trials on this very controlled, synthetic process, and at the last minute, we snuck in under the radar and said, “but we’re going to make all the rest of them using something we barely tested.”
The Pfizer COVID-19 “vaccine” injected into billions of arms was not the same one used in Pfizer’s clinical trials.
There was a "bait and switch." The clinical trials tested "Process 1" while the public received "Process 2."

Too bad Tennessee won’t follow his lead. But then again Tennessee is home to Healthcare Corporation of America and Vanderbilt University Hospital. Both profited handsomely from you know what. And Tennessee is home to Elvis, who is dead, along with his daughter. Willie Nelson is still touring though. Safe and Effective? You decide.
