Former President Donald Trump left Florida on Monday to fly to New York City, where he will be arraigned on charges related to a probe related to hush money paid to adult film actress Stormy Daniels in 2016.
Trump, who is in the middle of his third presidential campaign, is expected to spend the night at Trump Tower in Manhattan before surrendering to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office on Tuesday, according to media reports.

He will likely be fingerprinted and perhaps photographed before he appears before a judge for his arraignment, during which he is expected to plead not guilty.
The charges in the grand jury indictment have not been released, and Trump, who is the first former U.S. president to be criminally charged, has called the probe politically motivated.
“HEADING TO NEW YORK. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social while his personal plane sat on the runway. “WITCH HUNT, as our once great Country is going to HELL!”
