Tennessee State Senator Heidi Campbell (D-Nashville) encouraged her supporters to make political donations to her campaign in the name of “abortion rights” to celebrate Christmas, even declaring that a certificate explaining the donation would make a “great stocking stuffer.”
Campbell (pictured above) declared it “the season for saving abortion rights” in a post on X, formerly Twitter. She urged her supporters to donate a “gift” to her campaign “in honor of a loved one” for the “Holiday season.”
To attract potential donors, Campbell included an image of a certificate to inform recipients, “A donation has been made in your honor to re-elect Heidi Campbell” under the phrase, “‘Tis the season for saving abortion rights!”
The Christian advocacy group Tennessee Faith and Freedom Coalition highlighted Campbell’s post on X, describing it as “utterly abhorrent.” “Campbell has no morals or sense of decency,” the group wrote, adding that it is “sadly not surprised” by her “very poor choice of words.”
This is utterly abhorrent. Campbell has no morals nor sense of decency.
We're sadly not surprised.
Also, very poor choice of words… pic.twitter.com/4sVoKWD2FL

The board of the Tennessee Faith and Freedom Coalition told The Tennessee Star in a statement, “Christmas is the time of year that Christians celebrate the birth of Christ and this sick rhetorical marriage that Campbell’s post made between Christmas and abortion is too abhorrent to accurately condemn properly.”
“While there are a lot of contenders amongst the posts she’s made in the past, this might be the most disgusting, evil, and outright stupid thing she’s ever posted,” the statement said.
Tennessee Faith and Freedom Coalition urged Campbell to delete the post and apologize to Tennessee Christians, but the board told The Star it predicts “that she won’t, since she worships at the radical altar of abortion on demand up to and including birth.” Aaron Gulbransen, the executive director of the Tennessee Faith and Freedom Coalition, told The Star. Prior to his role at the conservative group, Gulbransen was a reporter at The Tennessee Star.
The majority of responses to Campbell’s post found by The Star by press time were negative, with one user calling the senator’s post a “perverse comment” and another writing that Campbell’s decision to compare “the birth of Jesus” with abortion “explains the mental illness of Democrats in 2023.”
Earlier in 2023, Campbell was criticized for her response to the Hamas terrorist attacks against Israel and for her alleged hypocrisy on school choice.
After Hamas terrorists invaded Israel and killed around 1,200 innocent Israelis on October 7, Campbell declared Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a “ruthless dictator” who oversees an “oppressive regime.” She was recorded attending a pro-Hamas rally in downtown Nashville in October, around the time she claimed Speaker of the U.S. House Mike Johnson (R-LA-04) is “a full blown member… of the American Taliban.”
More recently, Campbell’s personal use of private schools was highlighted after she publicly opposed the school choice plan announced by Governor Bill Lee (R).

These people are just sick, twisted and Vax injured. Abortion means no kids opening presents on Christmas morning you dumb broad.
Sick and evil.
If you look into her eyes, you see satan.
I have a better idea. Let’s all pitch in to make sure this daughter of Satan does not get elected again. Or let’s remove Nashville from the state of Tennessee. Both are great ideas.
‘kill babies for christmas’
yep, she is a democrat.
The left has a penchant for supporting mental illness.
Campbell is the daughter of Satan!
Pray for this woman. She has a sick mind. Her loved ones and her colleagues should consider having her evaluated by a mental health professional.
