NumbersUSA is a nonprofit organization that advocates for “sensible immigration policies that ensure Americans’ safety and promotes economic fairness while protecting the environment and quality of life.”

The organization was founded in 1996 by Roy Beck.

Tennessee U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), who received a score of 93 percent, was the only other member of the Volunteer State’s congressional delegation that received a near-perfect score in the 90th percentile.
