MICHAEL PATRICK LEAHY:

And that is former Attorney General Bill Barr, author of the new book with a great title and little information relevant to what he should have done and did not do. After the 2020 election, we are reaping the consequences of a legal but not legitimate presidency of Joe Biden. A disaster that’s befallen the country.

Everybody knew this was coming, and nobody, including Attorney General Bill Barr, did anything about it. I’ll give him this. He has a good title for his book, One Damn Thing After Another: Memoirs of an Attorney General. Now I want to focus and I’ll get to his CYA.

It’s not my problem, which is a complete dereliction of duty on his part. But I also want to talk about another well-known secretary of state who had utter dereliction of duty and certified an election on November 2020 without having done even the basics to investigate the critical chain of custody documents.

We went down there yesterday. Our own Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, went down to talk to Brad Raffensperger. He is the secretary of state of Georgia, and we had six particular questions that we wanted to ask him.

Yes, Every Kid

Here’s Neil. Let’s listen to Neil, what he had to say. What did he discover when he went down to talk to Brad Raffensperger, Republican secretary of state in Georgia.

The Star News Network came to the State Capitol here in Georgia to ask questions of the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. Mr. Secretary, you certified the results of the November 3, 2020 election for president on November 20, 2020, as an 11,000 vote victory for Joe Biden over Donald Trump out of 5 million votes cast.

Why did you certify those results without obtaining and reviewing the critical chain of custody documents? Required documentation under the July 2020 Emergency Election Code promulgated by the State Election Board. The July 2020 Emergency Election Code rule required counties to provide 24/7 video surveillance of activities around the 300 dropboxes. Fulton County says it has not retained those video tapes for the 30 day period between September 30 and October 31, 2020.

How can voters be confident there was no illegal ballot harvesting in Fulton County if the county has failed to retain those records? The majority of the estimated 80,000 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes in Fulton County were not delivered in a timely manner, in the one hour required by the Election Code rule.

How could you certify the county’s vote was not potentially fraudulent? When did you begin collecting chain of custody documents from county officials for the 600,000 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes in the 2020 election?

How many of those chain of custody documents do you have in your possession? Five percent of the chain of custody documents in Fulton County were received by the County Registrar before they were picked up at the drop boxes, according to the ballot transfer control records we’ve obtained. How do you explain that?

Despite repeated efforts by The Star News Network to get answers from Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, he did not respond to our inquiries. But we haven’t given up. Reporting for The Star News Network, Neil W. McCabe at the Georgia State Capitol.

MICHAEL PATRICK LEAHY CONTINUED:

That was a travesty of the American political process. One of the reasons why Joe Biden, the legal but not legitimate president of the United States, was inaugurated on January 20th, 2021. I lay the duty, the responsibility there right at the feet of the RINO, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in Georgia.

Remember now, the margin of victory, only 11,000 votes. We’ve documented far more than 11,000 that votes were questionable and lacked the critical chain of custody documents. The 600,000 votes were deposited in drop boxes.

The drop boxes were not legally authorized by the state Legislature. It was an emergency election code rule. That’s a problem to begin with. And then they didn’t even follow the chain of custody rules. So the majority of those we still don’t know how many chain of custody documents the secretary of state has out of 600,000, number one.

We know that he didn’t actually start collecting them until January, which is more than two months after he certified the election. How could he do that? He just couldn’t. Now, speaking of passivity and blindness to the fact, I’m looking at page 536 of former Attorney General William Barr’s book.

And you heard this claim, oh, we only have five or six weeks to look into this. Again, this is more CYA out of Bill Barr. And by the way, remember, he resigned on December 23rd.

On December 18th, I wrote a story at Breitbart which outlined a report that basically said Mark Zuckerberg gave $419 million to nonprofits that improperly influenced the 2020 presidential election.

That money basically did the following; private monies dictated city and county election management, contrary to both federal law and state election plans endorsed and developed by state legislatures with authority granted by the United States Constitution.

This was public Bill Barr, before you resigned. Why didn’t you look into that? That’s part of your duty as attorney general. Executive officials in swing states facilitated through unique and novel contracts, the sharing of private and sensitive information about citizens within those states with private interests.

Some of whom actively promote leftist candidates and agendas. Swing state governors also started issuing emergency executive orders, shutting down in-person voting while pouring new state resources into encouraging persons to vote in advance.

Polling data revealed this coordinated assault on in-person voting generally favored Democratic Party voters who preferred to vote in advance while placing Republicans who prefer to vote in person at a disadvantage.

These actions represent the beginning of a formation of a two-tier election system favoring one demographic, Democrats. While disadvantaging another group, Republicans. Now, Mr. CYA, Bill Barr, again, all of this stuff was out there.

Anybody with an ounce of integrity would have looked into it. But here’s what he said. I’m going to quote from his book exactly about what he didn’t do, what he failed to do after the election. He just sat back and all this was out there.

He said, well, they’re going to have to bring this to me. ‘As a practical matter, it’s nearly impossible to prove that irregularities affected the outcome unless the relevant state officials perform an audit type review of ballots, voter rolls, and mailing envelopes to validate votes and voters in the key precincts.

No mention there of the get out the vote effort funded illegally, in my view, by Mark Zuckerberg to the tune of $419 million. The campaign contesting an election’s outcome has the burden of pursuing these remedies with state officials and ultimately through the court system. So he’s blaming the ineffectiveness of the Trump campaign here.

The Department of Justice has neither the authority nor the tools to perform this broad quality assurance function for state-run elections. The department’s role is to investigate specific and credible allegations of fraud.

Well, hey! Mr. Attorney General, it’s right there! It’s a report that I wrote at Breitbart on December 18, 2021, while you were still attorney general. It documents all of this movement of money from Mark Zuckerberg to get out the vote through nonprofits illegally in my view, for Democrats.

It was there right in front of your nose. Why didn’t you do anything about it? That was part of your duty. This is why I say Joe Biden, legal because the attorney general, among others, failed but not legitimate because there was plenty of evidence of election irregularities that would have caused an honest system to throw out the Electoral College votes in these key battleground states including Georgia.
