Republican U.S. House candidate James Hayes told Outside the Beltway host John Fredericks on Thursday that Representative Summer Lee (D-PA-12) is “alienating whole communities” with her positions on Israel and “anti-police agenda” that leaves communities less safe.

Hayes told Fredericks, who is publisher of The Pennsylvania Daily Star, that Lee’s public remarks caused new excitement and enthusiasm for his Republican candidacy in the district that President Joe Biden carried with a 20-point margin.

The Anti-Defamation League gives the University of Virginia an “F” in its Campus Antisemitism Report Card as the pro-Palestinian protesters mark another day of demonstrations on campus.

As anti-Zionism demonstrations continue to creep up on college campuses across the nation, the ADL has been active in keeping score of antisemitic incidents prior to the latest campus uprisings, with the goal to serve students and their families information on the “current state of antisemitism on campus” and how those institutions respond.

Students at Vanderbilt University staged a sit-in that led to arrests on Tuesday amid unrest over the institution’s refusal to allow the Student Government Senate to consider joining the anti-Zionist Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement that seeks to isolate Israel.

Vanderbilt University graduate assistant Amar Latif Qazi told The Tennessee Star that the First Amendment rights of the university’s students were infringed after Vanderbilt refused to allow a vote following a petition, reportedly signed by 600 students, which sought to amend the Vanderbilt Student Government Constitution in order to join the BDS movement.
