Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Tuesday blamed Democrats for the ballot access lawsuits by his independent presidential campaign faces from outside a courthouse in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he claimed a judge refused to allow him or a campaign official to testify because they were late to the courtroom.

Kennedy attributed blame for the legal challenges to his candidacy solely to Democrats, specifying Republicans have not engaged in such tactics, on the same day his vice presidential running mate suggested Kennedy could soon end the campaign and endorse former President Donald Trump.

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his running mate have officially gained ballot access in Tennessee for the upcoming November 5 general election, the Tennessee Secretary of State’s Office announced.

Kennedy’s campaign submitted 1,025 signatures from registered voters in Tennessee to election officials on June 13 in an effort to gain ballot access for the November 5 election.

A legal challenge which seeks to remove Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from the ballot in November ballot in Pennsylvania claims the former Democrat misled voters when requesting signatures by claiming to live in New York, despite actually living in California.

The challenge claims the Kennedy campaign displayed “a fundamental disregard” for Pennsylvania’s election system because the candidate “provided the wrong address” on his affidavit and nomination papers, allegedly “with the intent to deceive Pennsylvania voters.”

Democrat State Rep ‘Disappointed’ That Trump will Be on Tennessee Ballot

A Democrat State Representative told The Tennessee Lookout that he is disappointed that former President Donald Trump will remain on the ballot in the state after being convicted of 34 felonies in the state of New York.

Rep. Vincent Dixie (D-Nashville) reportedly wrote a letter to Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti claiming that Trump should be barred from appearing on the state’s ballot, and asking for a legal opinion on the matter.
