U.S. Congressman and Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green (R-TN-07) has signed onto a letter demanding that President Joe Biden reconsider the potential nomination of former Treasury Secretary Democrat Jack Lew to be the next U.S. Ambassador to Israel.
This follows reports that Lew is Biden’s leading candidate for the position of ambassador.

Former State Representative from Defiance and current candidate for Ohio’s 9th Congressional district in 2024 Craig Riedel has outraised U.S. Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-OH-09), who is currently in that seat, in the second quarter fundraising by roughly $177,000.
According to Riedel, he has raised $537,951 in the second quarter of fundraising compared to Kaptur’s $360,540 a difference of $177,411.

The Cuyahoga County GOP says that bringing politically motivated charges against former President and 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump will severely undermine America’s confidence in the judicial system.
According to a Fox News report, the Manhattan District Attorney‘s office requested a meeting with law enforcement on Friday in anticipation of a potential indictment of Trump this week.
