Fairfax Accuser Hires Law Firm That Represented Christine Blasey Ford

by Grace Carr   A woman accusing Democratic Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax of sexual assault reportedly hired the attorneys who represented Christine Blasey Ford in hearings regarding allegations brought against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The woman hired Washington, D.C., law firm Katz, Marshall and Banks, National Public Radio reported Tuesday. The law firm represented Ford after she accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault. The woman claims the alleged assault occurred while at a Democratic National Committee (DNC) conference in 2004. The individual did not name Fairfax, but was referring to him, according to Big League Politics, a right-wing blog, which obtained the alleged claim. “Imagine you were sexually assaulted during the DNC Convention in Boston in 2004 by a campaign staffer. You spend the next 13 years trying to forget it ever happened. Until one day you find out he’s the Democratic candidate for statewide office in a state some 3000 miles away, and he wins that election in November 2017,” reads a message by Fairfax’s alleged accuser, according to BLP. “Then, by strange, horrible luck, it seems increasingly likely that he’ll get a VERY BIG promotion.” The Daily Caller News Foundation was unable to corroborate the claim. Fairfax…

Commentary: Two Women Unravel Christine Blasey Ford’s Story

by CHQ Staff   In her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who accused Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her sometime during the time both were in high school, claimed that the alleged attack knocked her off kilter for four years and that she began to recover memories of the assault during couples therapy sessions that took place in 2012. We’ve already documented in our article, “Researcher Uncovers Christine Blasey Ford’s ‘Hidden’ 80’s-Era High School Social Life” Christine Blasey Fords dark relationship with alcohol and the commoditization of sex at Holton Arms, her elite all-girls school in suburban Washington, DC. Now Blasey Ford’s claim that the alleged attack knocked her off kilter for four years has also been debunked by a college friend of hers who tweeted that Blasey Ford continued her partying ways into college. Denise C. McAllister @McAllisterDen wrote at the beginning of a twitter thread, “Republicans need to stop saying Ford was credible but Kavanaugh is innocent. She cannot be credible with zero evidence. A quivering voice doesn’t equal credibility. Allegation is not proof. Stop being manipulated by a woman’s emotions. You’d think men had learned this by now.” McAllister further…

Tennessee Star Report Gets Exclusive Insights Into North Dakota Senate Race from Chris Berg

On Monday’s Tennessee Star Report with Steve Gill and Michael Patrick Leahy – broadcast on Nashville’s Talk Radio 98.3 and 1510 WLAC weekdays from 5:00 am to 8:00 am – the duo talked with Fargo, North Dakota’s Valley News LIVE news anchor and host of Point of View Chris Berg, about Lindsey Graham eating his power breakfast and whether or not Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) will be able to walk the ‘tight rope’ and please her constituents by voting to confirm President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh. “So we are releasing a brand new poll today at six o’clock which will show you, I don’t want to give away and get ahead of our news department obviously and, let’s put it this way, if she does not vote (Heitkamp), assuming that there’s no major revelations here out of this extended FBI investigation so, assuming there’s no new information with that, if she does not vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh she will be voting for her own retirement,” Berg said. [NOTE: Later on Monday, Valley News Live and Strategic Resources Associates released the poll that shows Republican Kevin Cramer leads Heitkamp by 10 points, 51 percent to 41 percent, in…

Cotton: Feinstein Will Be Investigated For Leak Of Ford Letter

by Jason Hopkins   Arkansas Republican Sen. Tom Cotton said Dianne Feinstein’s office will be investigated for the leak of Christine Blasey Ford’s letter, a message she explicitly requested be kept confidential. Speaking Sunday on CBS’ “Face the Nation,” Cotton told host John Dickerson that, not only will Feinstein and her staffers be investigated for the leak of Ford’s confidential letter, but that Ford’s lawyers will also face a Washington, D.C., bar investigation for allegedly not informing her that Senate Judiciary Committee staffers were willing to travel to California to interview her about her allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. “Those lawyers are going to face a D.C. bar investigation into their misconduct. Dianne Feinstein and her staff is going to face an investigation for why they leaked that. All of this could have been done discreetly, it happens hundreds of times … hundreds of times every year in the Judiciary Committee,” the Arkansas Republican said during his exchange with Dickerson. Feinstein — who serves as the ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee — received Ford’s letter in July, describing an alleged encounter with Kavanaugh. Despite requesting anonymity, the letter was leaked to the press in September. Feinstein has denied any involvement in…

Blasey Ford Says She Can’t Remember If She Gave Therapist Notes To A Reporter, But WaPo Claims They Had Them

by Hanna Bogorowski   During Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, Blasey Ford said she could not remember if she directly gave reporters her therapist notes from 2012. The Washington Post‘s article by Emma Brown revealed Sept. 16 the identity of the woman behind the anonymous letter sent to Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California alleging Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in high school. In the report, Blasey Ford says she never told anyone of the incident until 2012 during a couples therapy session, and WaPo appeared to claim it had obtained a portion of the therapist’s notes. She alleges Kavanaugh pinned her down on a bed and attempted to remove her clothing forcibly. “Ford said she told no one of the incident in any detail until 2012, when she was in couples therapy with her husband,” the report reads. “The therapist’s notes, portions of which were provided by Ford and reviewed by The Washington Post, do not mention Kavanaugh’s name but say she reported that she was attacked by students ‘from an elitist boys’ school’ who went on to become ‘highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington.’” “The notes say four boys…
