In a press release on Tuesday, Tennessee Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TN) announced that he and Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) led 35 Republican senators to introduce the Upholding the 1995 Jerusalem Embassy Law Act of 2021, a bill to protect the full and faithful implementation of the Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 and block the Biden Administration’s efforts to subvert the law.

Airbnb ‘Blacklists’ Israeli Apartments in the West Bank

Airbnb blacklists Jewish apartments in Judea and Samaria – not Palestinian apartments, not apartments in Turkish occupied Cyprus, in Moroccan occupied Sahara, not in Tibet or the Crimea. Protests Against Jerusalem Decision Turn Violent in Lebanon

Lebanese security forces outside the U.S. Embassy in Beirut Sunday used water cannons and tear gas to beat back Lebanese and Palestinian protesters demonstrating against U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. The protesters in Beirut hurled projectiles at the embassy and burned Trump in effigy, along with U.S. and Israeli flags.

US lawmakers across the political spectrum reacted positively to President Donald Trump’s announcement Wednesday that he is recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, although some warned the move would enflame tensions and stall peace efforts.
