Minnesota Democratic Senator Headlines Event Alongside Linda Sarsour

A Minnesota state senator recently headlined the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ (CAIR) annual banquet alongside Lindsa Sarsour, a controversial political activist with a history of making comments that many view as anti-Semitic.

State Sen. Zaynab Mohamed, DFL-Minneapolis, posted a picture to X, formerly Twitter, of her posing with Sarsour at the Virginia-based event. The Oct. 21 banquet was originally scheduled to take place at the Marriott Crystal Gateway in Arlington, Va., but was moved to a different location because of “significant risks to the safety of event attendees,” the Washington Free Beacon reported.

Biden Campaign Privately Apologizes to Linda Sarsour for Condemning Her

Leaked audio has revealed that representatives of the Joe Biden campaign have privately apologized to Linda Sarsour and other Muslim activists after issuing a public condemnation of her, according to the New York Post.

Sarsour, a far-left Islamic activist with a long history of anti-Semitic and anti-American statements, was one of the speakers at the 2020 Democratic National Convention, speaking as part of the “Muslim Delegates and Allies Assembly.” Following widespread backlash over Sarsour’s invitation to speak at the DNC, Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates released a statement declaring that “Joe Biden has been a strong supporter of Israel and a vehement opponent of anti-Semitism,” adding that “[Sarsour] has no role in the Biden campaign whatsoever.”

Towards the end of the segment the Tennessee Star Report discussed her current petition which can be found online at PJTN.org. asking for the resignation of Ilhan Omar. The comments came after a mother of a student inquired how the Holocaust was being taught at the school. The guy had been the principal at Spanish River High School. Five Chattanooga Women’s March Protesters Arrested for Blocking Traffic Without Permit

Chattanooga police arrested five Women’s March protesters after they blocked streets without a permit and would not move. The Chattanooga Times Free Press reported the arrests Saturday. Marchers walked across John Ross Bridge where several police officers ordered them to move, another vehicle charged at them, and organizers chanted and cursed through megaphones before being taken into police custody. The group did not have a city permit because they did not want to pay the required cost for police to come to the event, according to an event organizer. Jean-Marie Lawrence, the march’s chairperson, told News Channel 9 that the group planning the march was unable to get funding so the march part of the event would be legal, so it was changed to a rally. The costs were about $5,000, including charges for police pay but not including barriers. Lawrence uses a wheelchair and respirator so was unable to attend due to the rain. Lawrence says the organization told participants that marching would not be authorized, but if they did march to obey traffic laws, News Channel 9 said. Those arrested were released, she told the TV station. According to the Chattanooga event’s Facebook page, “The theme for the 2019…

150,000 Sign Petition to Impeach Michigan’s Rashida Tlaib

A Change.org petition calling for the impeachment of Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI-13) already has close to 160,000 signatures. “This woman is an anti-Semite, a war mongering hate filled Palestinian who has vowed to try and destroy our constitutional rights, hates America, hates American citizens,” the petition states. “She’s a danger to our sovereignty, a detriment to society, and to this country, and is unfit to serve in any capacity within our government.” The petition also takes issue with Tlaib’s election, claiming that she “lied about living in Detroit” by “using her father’s house address.” Tlaib made headlines earlier this week when she vowed to “impeach the motherf—” during a party in celebration of her being sworn in to Congress. “I stand by impeaching the president of the United States. I ran on that,” she said in an interview discussing her comments. She called her promise to impeach President Donald Trump something she “very much” holds “dearly.” “They love that I’m real, and that I am very much focused on getting the government back up and running, but also making sure we’ve held the president of the United States accountable,” she said. Tlaib later apologized that her comments caused a “distraction,”…

Ilhan Omar Pictured With Anti-Semitic, Sharia Law Apologist Who Partied With Muslim Brotherhood

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN-05) was pictured with anti-Semite and alleged Muslim Brotherhood sympathizer Linda Sarsour on Thursday, Omar’s first official day in Congress. “These past two years have been difficult. So much heartache, exhaustion, pain, losses, drama, bad policy after bad policy yet today was all worth it. Today was joy. Today was pride. Today was full of laughter and tears,” Sarsour wrote on Facebook with a picture of her standing next to a smiling Omar.   Sarsour’s history of anti-Semitism is well-documented, so much so that her fellow organizers of the Women’s March are trying to give her the boot. In a 2011 tweet, she applauded the Muslim Brotherhood for throwing a great party, calling them the “coolest.” The Saudi media claimed in December that Sarsour has “roots in the Muslim Brotherhood,” The Jewish News Syndicate reported. The Daily Wire’s Harry Khachatrian pointed out Saturday that Sarsour once claimed that the vagina of Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a victim of female genital mutilation, should “be taken away.” In numerous tweets, Sarsour has attempted to normalize Sharia law, touting the fact that women get “10 weeks of paid maternity leave in Saudi Arabia.” “And [you’re] worrying about women driving. Puts us…

In Missouri, Media and Organizers Overlook Power Struggle Threatening Women’s March in Kansas City

To protest the second anniversary of the inauguration of President Donald Trump, two area groups, Unity Southeast in Kansas City and Love Thy Neighbor-Kansas City, will host the “Women’s March KC 2019.” For all the talk of love and unity, however, the wheels may be coming off the movement. Time will tell whether the organizers and their media enablers will face up to the disorder within. As to details, marchers will walk from Kansas City Brookside area to Swope Park on January 19 “to demand equality for ALL humans.” To be more accurate, most humans. The “all” decidedly does not include the unborn. Nationally, organizers were not even subtle about excluding pro-life women two years ago. For just about everyone else–save, of course, for cis-gendered, native born white males–the march will come as desperately needed therapy. During the last year, organizers tell us, “basic rights for women, immigrants, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities, the religious and nonreligious, people of color and even Mother Earth have struggled to survive under the weight of the current administration.” Buttressed as they are by the media, progressives see no need to honor reality. In their eagerness to portray themselves as victims, they imagine the most…

Women’s March Founder Teresa Shook Calls on the Group’s Leadership to Resign Over Refusals to Condemn Bigoted Statements by Allies

Women’s March founder Teresa Shook took to Facebook Monday to call on the liberal leaders of the progressive movement to step down as many former supports #WalkAway over the group’s leaders’ refusal to condemn anti-Semitic and homophobic statements by well-known allies. “As Founder of the Women’s March, my original vision and intent was to show the capacity of human beings to stand in solidarity and love against the hateful rhetoric that had become a part of the political landscape in the U.S. and around the world,” Shook wrote, adding: Bob Bland, Tamika Mallory, Linda Sarsour and Carmen Perez of Women’s March, Inc. have steered the Movement away from its true course,” she continued. “I have waited, hoping they would right the ship. But they have not. In opposition to our Unity Principles, they have allowed anti-Semitism, anti-LBGTQIA sentiment and hateful, racist rhetoric to become a part of the platform by their refusal to separate themselves from groups that espouse these racist, hateful beliefs. I call for the current Co-Chairs to step down and to let others lead who can restore faith in the Movement and its original intent. I call for the current Co-Chairs to step down and to let others lead…

Commentary: She Opposes Israel at Every Turn And Now She’s Going to Congress

by David Harsanyi   Ilhan Omar, one of the first two Muslim women to be elected to Congress, is a new kind of politician. She’s telegenic, ideologically progressive, widely celebrated by a media that’s obsessed with identity politics. She’s the kind of politician who can openly side with Hamas against Israel or spread “Protocols of the Elders of Zion”-style conspiracies on Twitter, claiming that Jews possess the supernatural ability to hypnotize the world as they unfurl their “evil.” It’s not surprising, then, that Omar also supports the “boycott, divestment, and sanctions” movement. In a statement to the website Muslim Girl, someone on Omar’s staff explained that yes, “Ilhan believes in and supports the BDS movement, and has fought to make sure people’s right to support it isn’t criminalized. She does, however, have reservations on the effectiveness of the movement in accomplishing a lasting solution.” So although Omar contends that BDS will be ineffective in getting the sides to “a lasting solution,” she still “believes in and supports” a movement that smears the Jewish state as a racist endeavor and aims to destroy it economically. Is it a mystery why some Jews might find that positioning offensive? Omar has supported BDS…

Islamic Society of North America, Unindicted Co-Conspirator in Terror Financing , Holding Conferences in Tennessee

On April 9, 2016, the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) hosted a “Striving for Justice” conference in Memphis, Tennessee. Memphis cleric Yasir Qadhi, resident scholar at the Memphis Islamic Center, Dean of Academic Affairs of AlMaghrib Institute and an “expert” with the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA), along with Linda Sarsour, director of the Arab American Association of New York, were featured speakers. ISNA is a named unindicted co-conspirator in the federal 2008 Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial, the largest successful terrorism financing prosecution in the U.S. which resulted in five officials of the HLF being convicted for illegally funneling millions of dollars to HAMAS, a U.S. designated foreign terrorist organization. In 2009, ISNA went to court asking to have their HLF unindicted co-conspirator status removed. However, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals federal judge Solis ruled that ISNA’s unindicted co-conspirator would stand since the government had “ample evidence” tying ISNA to HAMAS: [t]he Government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA and NAIT with HLF [Holy Land Foundation], the Islamic Association for Palestine (“IAP”), and with Hamas At the time, Obama’s political Department of Justice appointees blocked prosecutions of the HLF unindicted co-conspirators including ISNA.…
