Before she was Joe Biden’s understudy the last four years, Kamala Harris ran offices as a California prosecutor and senator. Often, scandal and failings followed in her wake.

As California Attorney General, Harris was widely criticized for failing to take on prosecutorial misconduct. In fact her office was “called out” by judges for “defending convictions obtained by local prosecutors” who had inserted false confessions, lied under oath, and withheld evidence. A federal appeals judge even admonished officials in 2015 to talk to Harris “and make sure she understands the gravity of the situation” involving prosecutorial misconduct.

Border Experts: Biden Plan will Bring Another 2 Million into Country a Year

Former Border security leaders serving under multiple presidents and whose careers span decades in law enforcement say President Joe Biden’s “border security” announcement Tuesday won’t secure the border but instead will facilitate more illegal immigration, bringing in another two million people into the country illegally a year.

“The border will never be ‘shut down’ under this executive action but rather serve to legalize an unjustified level of open borders that will further perpetuate the chaos and lawlessness we’ve experienced during the entirety of the Biden Administration,” former U.S. Border Patrol Chief Mark Morgan told The Center Square. “The proposed action will, at a minimum, allow more than one million illegal aliens to be released into the county annually, along with another one million inadmissible aliens being allowed to fly into interior airports within the U.S.,” referring to the CBP One app that allows migrants to apply for entry remotely.

Since Biden Inauguration, Illegal Border Crossers Total over 10 Million – More Than the Population of 41 States

They total more than the individual populations of 41 states. The number of people illegally entering the country surged after Biden and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas halted many preexisting border security policies, advanced sweeping parole and other policies to release the greatest number of illegal foreign nationals into the country, encouraged people from all over the world to use a phone app to enter the U.S., and facilitated U.S. entry application processes in foreign countries, among others. Official U.S. Customs and Border Protection data includes 3,201,144 apprehensions in fiscal 2023; 2,766,582 in fiscal 2022; 1,956,519 in fiscal 2021; and 471,954 in the nine months Biden was in office in fiscal 2020. CBP’s fiscal year is from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30. Combined, official apprehensions total 8,396,199. They exclude gotaway data, which CBP does not report publicly. Ex-CBP Head: ‘Literally Should Take’ About 30 Minutes to ID Who Brought Cocaine into White House

Mark Morgan, a former FBI agent and acting commissioner of the Customs and Border Protection Agency, told Just the News that it should take the U.S. Secret Service about 30 minutes to figure out how cocaine came into the White House and who brought it there.

Chuck Schumer Calls for CBP Chief to Resign Before He’s Even Started the Job

by Jason Hopkins   Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer called on “Acting CBP Commissioner Morgan” to be fired from his position, but Mark Morgan is not yet leading the agency. “Schumer Calls For Acting CBP Commissioner Morgan And Other Top Leadership At Agency To Be Fired And For New, Untainted Team To Be Brought In To Begin Reining In Toxic Culture At Border Patrol Agency,” read a headline from a Schumer press release sent Wednesday. However, Morgan is not the acting commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, nor is he leading the U.S. Border Patrol. Morgan is still the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), an agency he has been in charge of since May. The apparent confusion may stem from announcements in June that CBP Acting Commissioner John Sanders was resigning and Morgan would be leaving ICE to take his place. However, the leadership transition has not officially taken place.
