Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Michael Whatley said Vice President and Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris is “absolutely not ready to be the president of the United States” if she is not “ready for primetime in terms of handling the press or handling a debate.”
As of Tuesday, Harris has avoided unscripted interactions with the public or sitting down for a formal interview with the media for 37 days straight – which Whatley said is a sign that Harris is “just not ready for primetime.”
