Moms for Liberty in Williamson County to Host Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh Next Week

Moms for Liberty in Williamson County Wednesday announced that it will host The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh at an event next week. 

“Grassroots organization Moms for Liberty – Williamson County (M4L-WC) will host Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire in a special screening of  ‘What is a Woman?’ this Monday, November 14th, at 6:00 PM, at Generations Church, 408 Church Street, in downtown Franklin,” according to a press release from the group.

If you read the letter itself from Commissioner Penny Schwinn it says, please note that in declining to investigate these claims, the department has not made a determination regarding the merits of these allegations. It’s a dodge and kids are involved. Kids are in the balance and they chose to not even look at the merits. Maury County Mayor Andy Ogles: Conservative Tennessee is a ‘State of Half Measures’

LOUDON, Tennessee – Andy Ogles, the outspoken Mayor of Maury County, told a group of at least 300 attendees at a Tellico Village Conservative Club meeting Wednesday that while Tennessee is one of the most conservative states in the country it is also “a state of half measures.” 

Ogles said that if asked what the greatest threat to the country is, the response would have been China, the border or the Department of Education.  That is, until after the election, when he realized that we are in a cultural and spiritual war.

Williamson County School Board Member Denies Elementary Schools Teach Critical Race Theory

A member of the Williamson County School Board this week spoke out against a group of parents who believe the school system requires their children to read books that indoctrinate them into Critical Race Theory (CRT). This, as members of that group Moms for Liberty — Williamson County (ML-WC) continue to criticize readings within a curriculum called “Wit and Wisdom.”

Local Williamson County Group Describes Required Elementary School Readings That Allegedly Push Critical Race Theory

Members of the group Moms for Liberty — Williamson County (ML-WC) have detailed examples of books that elementary students within the Williamson County School System must read that allegedly perpetuate Critical Race Theory (CRT).

ML-WC said last week they want to alert parents about this curriculum called, “Wit and Wisdom.” They have published a website detailing examples of CRT within the school system.
