Georgia Man Arrested in Capitol Protest Committed Suicide, Leftists Celebrate

The Georgia man who was found dead in his home Saturday after being charged in connection to the mostly peaceful protests in Washington, D.C. on January 6 committed suicide, police confirmed.

“The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office told Heavy that the cause of death was suicide,” Heavy confirmed. “[Christopher Stanton] Georgia died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest, they said.”

Georgia was a Regional Portfolio Manager at BB&T Bank. He was described as a “dedicated family man” by a high school friend interviewed by Daily Mail.

“I am deeply saddened by his death. I hope he can be remembered as the man who loved his family and his daughters dearly,” Ashley Gunnin reportedly said. “The Chris I knew was nothing like what we have been watching out of DC on TV for a week. Nothing. He loved his family and daughters.”

Georgia was charged with attempting to “enter certain property, that is, the United States Capitol Grounds, against the will of the United States Capitol Police,” a crime punishable by up to 180 days in jail and a $1000 fine.

He was not part of the group that stormed the Capitol Building. Instead, he was arrested later in the evening after Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) imposed a 6 p.m. curfew. Georgia and others were ordered to disperse by Capitol Police after the curfew went into effect, and were arrested when they reportedly refused.

The motive for Georgia’s suicide remains unknown.

Twitter users wasted no time mocking Georgia, and celebrating his death.

“Such a shame. Was hoping he’d wind up in prison with his boyfriend Bubba,” Twitter user @snarkywgoodhair said.

“Rest in piss,” a user called @BoofsWRLDD said.

“Dats what happen when u end up in a cult led by a man with toddler hands [sic],” user @hermnohandout said.

“Just draining the swamp. The real swamp,” user @foxpdx said, referring to President Donald J. Trump’s unofficial “Drain the Swamp” slogan, which he used to describe entrenched interests in Washington.

Georgia is not the only person who committed suicide following the protests at the Capitol Building.

Officer Howard Leibengood, a 51-year-old member of the Capitol Police also tragically took his own life Saturday. He was a 15-year veteran of the force.

    Bullshit:.
Look for more “suicides” as Democrats become divided and afraid that their crimes are catching up with them.

What really bothers me is that some police officers, supposed guardians of the law, may have taken part in last week’s cowardly siege of the Capitol. Talk about treason!
