Tennessee Faith and Freedom Coalition Issues Statement Condemning Anti-Semitic Marxist Groups That Oppose Israel

The Tennessee Faith and Freedom Coalition (TNFFC) released a statement on Friday condemning the rhetoric and actions of multiple left-wing groups that oppose Israel and support the Palestinian militant group Hamas.

“TNFFC condemns the evil statements and social media posts by Marxist groups like Middle Tennessee Democratic Socialists of America, Black Lives Matter, the national Democratic Socialists of America, mocking, making light of, or outright cheering on the evils committed against Israelis and Americans by the disgusting terrorist group Hamas,” the group said.

Mentioning the Middle Tennessee Democratic Socialists of America’s “evil” rally in support of Palestine planned for Saturday in Nashville, TNFFC added, “We condemn these groups, period.”

“These groups, allies, leadership, and membership have at times referred to conservatives, Christians, former President Donald Trump, the nation of Israel, Tennessee conservative legislators, and others some variation of “literally Hitler” or “Nazis”. These groups and individuals supporting and using antisemitic rhetoric in light of the evil Iran-backed Hamas terrorist attacks, and in general, should consult a mirror. Upon doing so, they will find “literally Hitler” looking back at them,” TNFFC continued.

“Babies, women, children, and men were murdered in brutal fashion by the terrorists and the bodies defaced in what was the largest attack on Jews since the Holocaust,” the group continued before adding, “As we’ve said many times, we stand with Israel unequivocally and condemn ALL antisemitism.”

The group went on to champion Israel as the United States’ “greatest and most dependable ally in the Middle East.”

“Hamas, Iran, and other enemies have vowed to drive Israel and its citizens into the sea. They want the nation of Israel eradicated. Again, we must stand by Israel and do everything in our power to see that the terrorists and their sponsors of terror do not achieve their goal,” TNFFC added.

“There is no room for antisemitism in the world, America, or Tennessee. It should be confined to the ash heap of history and no person or group that professes antisemitism or defends it has any business being in public life,” TNFFC said.
