Sixth Straight Pro-Palestine, Anti-Israel Rally in Nashville Planned for Saturday

Another “All Out For Palestine Peace Rally” will be held this upcoming weekend at Centennial Park in Nashville.

The Instagram account @tn4palestine (Tennesseans For Palestine) announced the rally in a post-Tuesday night, urging those planning on attending the demonstration to bring banners, signs, flags, posters, and wear keffiyehs.

The rally is scheduled to take place from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

“From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” the account captioned the post.

Saturday’s upcoming rally will mark the sixth straight weekend of pro-Palestine demonstrations in downtown Nashville amid the terrorist group Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel that left around 1,200 people dead.

The last few rallies in Nashville have drawn crowds of more than 1,000 protesters.

During the rallies, protesters have lined the streets of Nashville and chanted slogans, including:

Yes, Every Kid
  • “Hey, hey; ho, ho; this occupation’s got to go”;
  • “Not another nickel, not another dime; no more money for Israel’s crimes”;
  • “Joe Biden you will see – Palestine will be free; Netanyahu you will see – Palestine will be free”;
  • “Free, free Palestine”;
  • “Ceasefire now”; and
  • “1234, occupation no more; 5678 Israel is a terror state.”

Two pro-Israel rallies have also unfolded in Music City since Hamas’ terrorist attack on Israel with the most recent demonstration taking place on November 12, as previously reported by The Tennessee Star.

Sunday’s pro-Israel rally featured many women carrying empty baby carriages and pushing empty strollers, symbolizing the Israeli children still being held hostage by Hamas. Protesters also held signs and displayed a large banner showing information about children kidnapped by the terrorist group.

The rally drew a crowd of approximately 300-500 people, many of whom were carrying red balloons and wearing shirts with the hashtag “#BringThemHomeNow.”

Hamas is estimated to be currently holding around 240 hostages, according to Axios.

    Just proves that Nashville is a liberal crap hole.

  3. For most of these clowns, protesting is just fashionable. They know little or nothing about the issues. But they are too afraid to not be included in something and don’t want to be admonished by their so-called friends, for not joining.

    And don’t get me started on all the old people who always find themselves standing there behind a placard that makes no sense to them. Perhaps the offer of a free boxed lunch, perhaps?

    I don’t want to get too ‘preachy’ here. I am not a minister. Most people in our country would correctly say that our country was founded on Judeo-Christian principles. (Or at least they used to be.) But I am constantly amazed at how uninformed many people in our country are of Scripture. Just a couple of important ‘nuggets’ of scriptural information: (Question: How many times does God have to say something for it to be true? Answer: Just the first time, just once.). Concerning all of these people who are marching and demonstrating against Israel and its Jewish people, and who loudly support the terrorists, Hamas, and the Palestinian ‘squatters’, just a couple of Bible citations. First, concerning those who are anti-Semitic. See the Old Testament Book of Genesis, chapter 12, verse 3. Second, concerning the land which is at the heart of the dispute today—who are the rightful occupants/what people are the rightful owners of this land? See the Old Testament Book of Genesis, chapter 15, verses 18 through 21. The authorship of the Old Testament Book of Genesis is ascribed to Moses. This has been so for a long, long time, since centuries before the time of Christ. When did Moses live? I have seen various dates for this since Biblical scholars and archaeologists disagree. But the latest date is generally acknowledged to be approximately 1,500 B.C., or so. The earliest dates can be two to three hundred years before that. The point is, the foregoing Scripture verses are not just now convenient ‘Johnny come lately’ claims.
