Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., on Tuesday read aloud the names of six men whom he and Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., deemed were “likely incriminated” in the Epstein files.

Khanna and Massie were the leading proponents of the Epstein Transparency Act, which required the Department of Justice to release all documents related to Jeffrey Epstein and the sex trafficking case against him. Public frustration with the DOJ’s handling of the matter has festered for nearly a year in the wake of Attorney General Pam Bondi’s botched PR stunt in which she provided influencers with largely public information.

Khanna, on the House floor, identified Salvatore Nuara, Zurab Mikeladze, Leonic Leonov, Nicola Caputo, Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, and Leslie Wexner.

Ahmed Bin Sulayem is an Emirati businessman and CEO of DPWorld. Leslie Wexner is the co-founder of Bath & Body Works.

This week, during a viral deposition hearing with the House Oversight Committee, Ghislaine Maxwell invoked the Fifth Amendment, refusing to answer questions.

David Oscar Markus, Maxwell’s lawyer, said on X that “she must remain silent because Ms. Maxwell has a habeas petition currently pending that demonstrates that her conviction rests on a fundamentally unfair trial.”

“For example, jurors lied during voir dire to secure seats on the jury, and the government promised immunity and then broke that promise. Newly disclosed documents now demonstrate these facts conclusively. If this Committee and the American public truly want to hear the unfiltered truth about what happened, there is a straightforward path. Ms. Maxwell is prepared to speak fully and honestly if granted clemency by President Trump,” he said.
