In an email exchange with The Tennessee Star, America Farm Bureau Federation Executive Communications Director Mace Thornton shared specifics about the highly anticipated event.

The President will be speaking during the General Session of Monday’s convention gathering, either “late morning or early afternoon,” Thornton wrote.

The public may attend, however, “there is a registration fee of $250 for nonmembers,” he noted, adding that the limiting factor would be that the room’s capacity at 4,000.

The group has made arrangements for overflow viewing areas, where the President’s remarks will he able to be viewed live via a video feed. Furthermore, the American Farm Bureau Federation website plans to livestream President Trump’s appearance from their website, https://www.fb.org.

“Farmers and ranchers and our rural communities are the bedrock of our nation. President Trump knows that, and his willingness to devote his time to talk directly with Farm Bureau members will be a memorable occasion,” Duvall said in a statement announcing the President’s attendance.

“I plan on joining him,” Rep. Diane Black told WRKN Thursday. “I am hoping that I will be able to leave Washington with him on the plane and be able come here to Nashville and be here as he addresses those folks in the agriculture community.”

President Trump won the Volunteer State with a whopping 61% of the history-making vote in November, 2016. A handful of months later in March, President Trump came to Nashville to hold a campaign-style rally to a capacity crowd of more than 10,000 at the downtown Municipal Auditorium.

In her interview with WKRN, Rep. Black discussed her resignation as House Budget Committee Chair and singled out the issues she would like to pursue in her remaining time in Congress – namely, welfare reform and infrastructure.

Did President Trump forget that Diane Black was one of the orginal never Trump plotters that met in Geaorgia trying to figure out how to stop his nomination? Did he forget that Mae Beavers was not only an early supporter but was elected Chairman of the state delegation that cast their votes for then candidate Trump? Maybe so, maybe not but conservatives in Tennessee shouldnt forget!
