Six Drug Ring Members Released by NYC, Three of Whom Are Illegal Aliens

by Eric Lendrum

Six suspects in a Fentanyl drug ring operation were recently released by New York City authorities, with three of those suspects being revealed as illegal aliens, according to a Breitbart exclusive report.

The six men are accused of running a $7 million drug packaging ring after agents “seized 750,000 glassine envelopes of suspected heroin and fentanyl.” But as a result of the state’s new bail reform law signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo (D-N.Y.), all of the suspects were released without bail.

It has since been confirmed that five of the six men are immigrants, with two being naturalized citizens from the Dominican Republic, and three others being illegal aliens, one of whom “overstayed his B-2 tourist visa.” Although this would make all three men eligible for deportation, New York’s “sanctuary” law means that state authorities will refuse to cooperate with federal authorities, which will give the men time to escape before ICE or other immigration enforcement authorities can arrest them.

The six men, as identified by Breitbart, are: Livo Valdez, Jaslin Baldera, Frederick Baldera, Frandi Ledema, Diego Tejada, and Parfraimy Antonio. Their court date is set for February 27th.
