Fired former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe “undercut his credibility all by himself” by lying to investigators, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) said Sunday on Fox News’ “Fox News Sunday.” McCabe oversaw the FBI’s investigation into former 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while serving as secretary of state.
