Tennessee Representative Demands Answers from IRS on Whether Biden Family Members Paid Taxes on Money Received from Foreign Entities

Tennessee U.S. Representative Tim Burchett (R-TN-02) recently sent a letter to IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel demanding answers on whether any Biden family members paid taxes on money received from foreign entities.

After thanking Werfel for his “commitment to enforcing the U.S. tax code with integrity and fairness,” Burchett cited “ongoing Congressional investigations into corruption” in requesting tax information regarding President Joe Biden and his family members.

“As you may know, the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability received thousands of pages of financial records related to the Biden family and known associates as part of its investigation into potential corruption by President Biden,” Burchett wrote. “These records show at least nine members of the Biden family utilizing shell companies to receive millions of dollars from foreign nationals and companies owned by foreign nationals.”

“Additional court documents indicate Hunter Biden failed to pay income taxes on over $2,000,000 between 2017 and 2018,” Burchett added.

Acknowledging Hunter Biden’s alleged tax evasion, Burchett asked whether any other Biden family members filed payments from foreign entities with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for tax purposes.

If such payments were filed, Burchett specifically requests answers to the following questions:

Yes, Every Kid
  • When were these payments filed?
  • In which state were these payments filed?
  • Were these payments filed directly by the Biden family members who received the payments, or by third parties (accountants)?
  • Was any of this money paid to minors? If so, how much?

Burchett requested Werfel provide answers to his questions by October 2.

Burchett’s letter comes as House Republicans are set to conduct their first impeachment inquiry hearing into Joe Biden next week, according to Fox News, which adds that the House Oversight Committee also plans to subpoena the bank records of Hunter Biden and President Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden, this week.

Time to impeach that little lying weazel.
I hope Representative Birchett gets a response. This admin doesn’t think Congressional Oversight applies to them. That’s one of the sections of the U S Constitution, they think only applies to Legal Americans Citizens.
The First Amendment also instituted a Free Press to hold powerful Governnment Officials Accountable. CHECKS & BALANCES. What we have now in the Corporate Media is a State Run Media like China, Russia & other Totallitarian Governments in the world. Someone in the WH must be sending them their Daily Talking Points, because they all say the exact same thing on every station. Word for Word. They’re not even smart enough to vary the wording from the State issued talking points.

Merrick Garland will clear that all up today during his testimony. And, don’t forget, he’s a Holocaust survivor. That alone should be enough, unless you think it’s a hoax.
