Ohio U.S. Senate Candidate Frank LaRose Endorses Donald Trump for President

Newly declared candidate for the U.S. Senate, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, announced his official endorsement of former President and current presidential candidate Donald Trump in his run for United States President in 2024.

On Monday, LaRose (pictured above, left) released a statement officially giving his endorsement of Trump.

According to LaRose, he is deeply concerned about the direction of the United States and believes that Trump is the only candidate who truly understands what’s at stake.

“Like most Ohioans, I’m deeply concerned about the direction of our country. As a father and a fighter, I’m not willing to sit quietly while the woke left tries to cancel the American dream. I respect every Republican leader who steps up to run for president, but I believe there’s only one candidate at this moment in history who truly gets what’s at stake. There’s only one who strikes so much fear in the opposition that they target him every day with the full force of the government and their allies in the media. And there’s only one who’s proven he won’t back down from a fight even at his own peril,” LaRose said.

LaRose said that nothing will stop Trump from winning the presidential race.

“President Trump has been one of the most relentless and resilient warriors in American politics. His enemies, foreign and domestic, will stop at nothing in their attempt to keep him from winning this race. I learned in the Army that when you’re headed into battle, you want to be led by someone who’s both fearless and feared. We’re in a battle for the heart and soul of our nation, and President Trump is that leader,” LaRose said.

According to LaRose, although he does not agree with Trump on every point of substance, they share a common vision of America’s potential resulting in his full endorsement and support.

“We don’t agree on every point of style of substance, but we share a common vision of America’s potential. I’m proud to be the only Secretary of State in the nation endorsed by President Trump last year. I’m giving my full endorsement and support to his campaign for President of the United States, and I look forward to working with him as a United States Senator to make America great again,” LaRose said.

Trump announced in November 2022 that he would again seek the presidency in 2024.

Trump said he is running again because the nation can be so much more than it currently is.

“I am running because I believe the world has not yet seen the peak of what this nation can be. We have not reached that pinnacle,” Trump said.

Trump is one of 11 Republican candidates for President of the United States, some of which include Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Ohio biotech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, former Vice President Mike Pence, former South Caroline Governor Nikki Haley, South Carolina U.S. Senator Tim Scott, and former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.

According to a recent Morning Consult poll, Trump has secured a large lead over the other Republican candidates gaining 56 percent of the vote.
