Crom Carmichael Explains How Cheating is Now the Official Strategy of the Democratic Party

Live from Music Row Wednesday morning on The Tennessee Star Report with Michael Patrick Leahy – broadcast on Nashville’s Talk Radio 98.3 and 1510 WLAC weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. –  host Leahy welcomed the original all-star panelist Crom Carmichael to the studio to discuss the Democratic Party’s strategy of cheating.

Leahy: In the studio with us is the original all-star panelist Crom Carmichael. Crom, I need to make a correction to something I said in the previous segment. We were talking about the components of New York’s 22nd Congressional District in which the results have not been determined. Claudia Tenney the Republican who was elected in 2016 and then defeated by the Democrat Anthony Brindisi in 2018 currently leads him by 53 percent to 42 percent. Now Real Clear Politics shows us as only 83 percent reporting.

Well, we tried to solve the mystery as and I speculated incorrectly that the 17 percent was likely from Onondaga County which is where Syracuse is. The city of Syracuse. Turns out I went to the New York State Board of Elections and Onondaga County is not included. Syracuse is not part of this district. The district is about 10 counties that go all around the city of Syracuse. Now, what the mystery is is the following.

You look at the state results and they say 100 percent of election districts are reporting. 565 in the various counties. Broome County where Binghamton is. Chenango County, Cortland County, Madison County, where I grew up in part. Herkimer County which is a rural county. And Oneida County which is right adjacent to Syracuse. But they show 100 percent reporting.

Carmichael: And how much how far she ahead in that reporting?

Leahy: Well that reporting has her up 53-42 139,000 votes 211,000. Now, that’s the official New York State Report. If you go to Real Clear Politics is still 53 to 42, but it’s like a 144 to 113.  So Real Clear Politics is reporting more votes cast at 83 percent than the state of New York is reporting at 100 percent. I’m guessing it’s some sort of mail-in ballot thing. But who knows?

Yes, Every Kid

Carmichael: Well, they had a problem in New York with a primary with mail-in ballots. And this was two Democrats going against each other and there was a huge volume of mail-in ballots that hit both…

Leahy: In the middle of the night!

Carmichael: Both candidates. There was this huge number of mail-in ballots and a big lawsuit. Finally a judge just  kind of threw up her hands. I think it was a female judge who threw up her hands and said don’t count any of them. Here’s the date count them up till that point throw all the rest of them out. So the judge was essentially acknowledging massive voter fraud by both candidates. (Chuckles) She solved the problem that way.

Leahy: I have an update from Syracuse.com Representative Anthony Brindisi and Claudia 10 a according to Syracuse.com are separated by 3,500 votes in the house race nine hours ago. Representative Anthony brindisi climb to within one point two percentage points Tuesday night.

Carmichael: This is last night.

Leahy: Two weeks after the election of or overtaking Claudia Tenney it erased any lead by ten points a week ago. Brindisi the Democrat from Utica has shrunk Tenney’s lead in the 22nd Congressional District race from 28,000 to 3,500 votes according to unofficial returns in an election where more than 300,000 people voted in eight counties across Upstate New York.

Brindisi would have to win at least 70 percent of the remaining 9,000 uncounted ballots to overtake the Republican from New Hartford and win the election. I mean, this is like absentee ballot counting. It’s like a microcosm of the Democratic cheating game. Oh, it’s not cheating they would say. We’re just counting these late.

Carmichael: They just keep finding ballots and that that amazingly enough for our for just the Democrats.

Leahy: Chenango County will start counting 4,585 balance late, Wednesday or Thursday?

Carmichael: Why? why wait two weeks?

Leahy: Why wait for two weeks?

Carmichael: Well we know the answer. If you are an honest Democrat, this should be incredibly troubling. this should be incredibly troubling because if this stands and there’s no investigation and this stands and there was and there was cheating then the cheating becomes part of the strategy.

Leahy: Yes.

Carmichael: But for every Democrat candidate who’s running this now becomes cheating is the strategy as part of the Democratic party.

Leahy: Cheating is part of the Democratic strategy. That is a profound statement Crom and I think that is the truth of where we are today. Let me say this in California.

Carmichael: Which state was it where they said if you commit a misdemeanor of stealing up to a certain amount of…

Leahy: California, 900 bucks.

Carmichael: 900 bucks and you had people who actually went in with calculators.

Leahy: I’m going to steal 850 bucks.

Carmichael: They would steal $850. worth of stuff and wave and walk out the door.

Leahy: Yeah. It’s part of their strategy.

Carmichael: If you make stealing legal people will steal. Not everyone, but some.
