Tennessee Authorities: No Arrests or Pending Charges for Capitol Rioters

According to the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security (TDSHS), there will be no repercussions for a Thursday riot foiled by Tennessee State Troopers at the State Capitol.

“There were no arrests made on Thursday,” TDSHS communications director Wesley Moster told The Tennessee Star Monday. “There are no investigations or criminal charges pending.”

Thursday, a left-wing mob, led by State Rep. Justin Jones (D-Nashville) and at least two other far-left Democrat state representatives, flooded its way into the Capitol gallery, and attempted to forcefully breach the House chamber, where state lawmakers have their offices.

The breach was halted by Tennessee Highway State Troopers, who guard the Capitol, after physical altercations with several rioters.

The lack of response is a stark contrast to the largest investigation in Department of Justice (DOJ) history that followed the U.S. Capitol breach by rioters on January 6, 2021. That investigation remains ongoing, and the DOJ recently announced intentions to arrest another 1,000 people involved in that riot.

The riot began after students walked out of school in protest over gun control.

Those students were responding to the mass shooting by 28-year-old Audrey Elizabeth Hale, who identified as transgender.

Hale forced her way into the The Covenant Presbyterian School by shooting through a glass doorway.

The deadly rampage left six people dead.

Hale was killed at the scene by Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) Officers Rex Engelbert and Michael Collazo.

The mass killer left behind a manifesto that has not yet been made public, but details continue to emerge about Hale’s planning process.

“In the collective writings by Hale found in her vehicle in the school parking lot, and others later found in the bedroom of her home, she documented, in journals, her planning over a period of months to commit mass murder at The Covenant School,” MNPD said in a statement.

“The writings remain under careful review by the MNPD and the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit based in Quantico, Virginia. The motive for Hale’s actions has not been established and remains under investigation by the Homicide Unit in consultation with the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit.”

Why no investigation nor any arrests? This reeks of racism. This reeks of the left wing woke mentality. This is the same group demanding full prosecution of all involved in the January 5th incident even if those arrested were not part of the DC protest. Might it also be related to the DA being encumbered to Soros and taking his orders from Soros? Would the discussion be any different if the protestors were white Republicans?

These thugs should have been arrested.

This is the perfect example of what is wrong with the right. Republican/Christian/Conservatives are too damn nice. The left lets the democrat controlled BLM and antifa burn, loot, and kill people with no consequences, in fact they pay them to do it! Tennessee has to take a stand and start pushing back with extreme force! Look at the INNOCENT people who are still jailed from just attending the federal government instigated January 6th “insurrection”.
I have to strongly commend the Black Tennessee democratic representative who finally had the two loudmouth as$ hole representatives of color removed from the chamber. They should be run out of the legislature completely.

The time has long past for the conservative/Christians in America to sit back ideally and do nothing while the Marxists who have taken over our country continue to tear it apart.
