Crom’s Crommentary Questions Possibly Contrived Narrative of Pelosi Attack One Week Before Midterm Elections

Live from Music Row, Wednesday morning on The Tennessee Star Report with Michael Patrick Leahy – broadcast on Nashville’s Talk Radio 98.3 and 1510 WLAC weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. – host Leahy welcomed the original all-star panelist Crom Carmichael to the studio for another edition of Crom’s Crommentary.

CROM CARMICHAEL:

Michael, since the last time I was here, there was an alleged attack on the Speaker of the House’s husband, Paul Pelosi, by a fellow whose last name is DePape. And there are so many questions that have come up with this.

And I remember back in the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National Committee conspired to create a story out of whole cloth that had later been called the Russia Hoax. And it was based on the Steele Dossier, which we now know was a complete fabrication.

Literally, somebody sat down and made it up, and then that was presented to the FBI. And the goal of that was to help Hillary Clinton win the election.

And I look at this DePape thing and I say, okay, let’s look at what we’ve been told. We’ve been told that this guy DePape, the first thing we were told was he was a MAGA Republican.

Well, it turns out he’s a homeless person with mental illness and he’s an illegal immigrant. If that is what the media thinks MAGA Republicans truly are, then it is the media itself that’s deranged. So let’s start with the fact that he’s not a MAGA Republican.

But let’s ask ourselves this. If I was trying to create something that I could use during the last week of the campaign and I wanted it to be some kind of act of violence because Republicans are doing a great job of pinning the Democrats with the huge increase in crime across our country.

And so what are Democrats trying to do? I’ll tell you about the other one it reminds me of Jussie Smollett, except, in this case, Jussie Smollett is the Pelosi family and probably the Democrat Party. And this guy DePape is the fellow who’s just been picked to be this terrible person.

Because I asked myself, how did DePape get to the house? Has that been reported yet? How he got there? He’s homeless. He lives in a van, doesn’t have a car, doesn’t have any money, but yet he gets there. And then the 911 call says that he is referred to as a friend.

I mean, this is all on the audio tape of the 911 call, that he’s a friend. And then the police have a body cam, but they won’t release the body cam. The police won’t release anything.

And so we what have from the media is only what the media itself wants to make up. And just as the Steele Dossier was made up out of whole cloth, what the media is reporting is by definition made up out of whole cloth because they’re not reporting from any actual evidence.

Every single thing that’s being reported is at least second-hand, and I think it’s also falling flat on its face. I think voters are still completely appropriately enraged at the Democrats’ management of the economy, crime, and the border. I mean, we could go on and on about all of the shortfalls.

Kathy Hochul is actually trying to claim – I was up in New York; Kathy Hochul is on TV a lot up there in the ads trying to claim that everything is just fine in New York, and it’s not. But this particular event, I saw it, I said, well, gosh, that’s wild.

But then I started listening to the reporting and listening to the details, and I have to form an opinion, or I can form an opinion based on what I see.

If I had to lay a wager on this thing, I would lay a wager that this whole thing is contrived – just as, by the way, the so-called attack on the Democrat gubernatorial candidate in Arizona, claiming that Kari Lake has attacked her headquarters, which is another farce.
