Pennsylvania County Received Juicy Election Grant Before Fumbling Election Administration

Bucks County, Pennsylvania, received nearly $5 million from the state for election integrity since 2023, but the county was successfully sued for violating election law as voters were turned away after waiting for hours in long lines during the 2024 election cycle.

Democrat Bucks County Commissioner Robert Harvie blamed the long lines — which were the subject of successful litigation from the campaigns of President-elect Donald Trump and Senator-elect Dave McCormick — on budget restraints, despite Bucks County’s receipt of about $4.98 million from a Pennsylvania state program designed to shore up election administration and integrity. Bucks County is again in the news after Harvie and fellow Democrat Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia moved Thursday to count deficient ballots as defeated Democratic Pennsylvania Sen. Bob Casey holds out hope that he can win his race after a recount.

Concerns Increase of Election Fraud in Kari Lake’s Race, Massive Ballot Curing Effort Ongoing as Lake Warns Pima County

Sorting Ballots

While the mainstream media has called every other state in the country for Donald Trump and almost all other candidates, Maricopa County and some other Arizona counties are still tabulating ballots several days after the election, leaving the results of the U.S. Senate race between Kari Lake and Ruben Gallego up in the air. In response, Turning Point USA and Lake supporters launched a massive ballot curing effort, and Lake sent a stern letter to Pima County about anomalies.

Arizona has not announced its presidential results even though Trump is leading by 6 points over Kamala Harris with 99 percent of precincts reporting. When Joe Biden ostensibly won the state in 2020 by 10,457 votes, or 49.4 percent to 49.1 percent, Fox News called the election for Biden on election night.

Commentary: The Great Electoral Landside of 2024 and Its Consequences for Democrats

Donald Trump, 2024 vote results map by county

While there are a few close states not officially yet called, Trump is on his way to what we called several weeks ago, something close to a 312 – 226 Electoral College vote victory. He’s swept all seven swing states. He made New Hampshire and Virginia competitive, expanding his electoral map and forcing Democrats to spend resources in the race’s waning days. Best of all, he won a resounding popular vote victory, the final numbers of which will come in the days to come.

Commentary: The Election Too Big to Rig

Donald Trump and Melania Trump

America has chosen a new president. But we may not know the results for days or even weeks.

While there is a chance we will see a quick and decisive Trump victory, the media has prepared us for a protracted aftermath to election day. This raises an obvious question: Was there election rigging in 2024? Did the uniparty establishment and the institutions they control, desperate to prevent a Trump victory, break the rules? Did they cheat?

Arizona’s Election Results Mostly Favor Republicans, Trump Wins with over 100,000-Vote Lead

Donald Trump and Kari Lake

With 95 percent of precincts in Arizona reporting results the day after the election, Donald Trump appeared headed to a decisive victory over Kamala Harris. As more ballots came in, from Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon, his lead increased to 108,521 votes, about 5 points. At the same time, in the other high-profile race in the state, Kari Lake appeared to be losing her bid to replace outgoing U.S. Senator Kyrsten Sinema to Democrat U.S. Rep. Ruben Gallego.  As of press time, Gallego’s lead stood at 59,656 – less than 3 points ahead.

Trump Leading on Election Night in Arizona, Kari Lake Lagging Behind Ruben Gallego in First 10 Percent of Results

Donald Trump

The results from Arizona’s election began trickling in Tuesday at 8 p.m., and within a couple of hours it became clear Trump was leading by a few thousand votes, with his lead steadily increasing to 9,316 votes. Kari Lake lagged behind Ruben Gallego in the U.S. Senate race by a little over 100,000 votes. However, the preliminary results were based on early ballots, and ABC-15’s “Data Guru” Garrett Archer acknowledged on X that Election Day ballots had not been counted yet, but when they did they would favor Republicans.

By late evening, 10 percent of precincts across the state had reported their numbers. Archer observed that independents surged in Election Day voting. While they trailed Republicans in early voting, by late afternoon 83,000 independents had voted on Tuesday, compared to 79,100 Republicans and 43,800 Democrats.

Ruben Gallego Raising Money for Senate Race Against Kari Lake from Far-Left Sources, Questionable ‘Smurfing’ Donors

Ruben Gallego

Ruben Gallego has been able to outraise Kari Lake by about three to one, but some are questioning the sources. In addition to large amounts of money from out-of-state donors, a significant amount of his contributions come from “Smurfing,” donations from elderly unemployed Democrats who are unaware their names are being used to donate to Democratic candidates.

According to Arizona Capitol Media, Lake has raised over $19 million throughout the race, while Gallego has raised almost $54 million. Gallego currently has $7.2 million on hand, while Lake has $4.5 million in the bank.

Ruben Gallego Sends Panicky Text Message After New Poll Shows Kari Lake Leading Him in U.S. Senate Race

Ruben Gallego, Kari Lake with Rich Grenell

Ruben Gallego sent a panicky text message to supporters this week, after a new poll showed Kari Lake pulling ahead in the U.S. Senate race just days before the election. A survey released on Tuesday from Data Orbital showed Lake ahead by about a point, 45.2 percent to 44.5 percent. Data Orbital is ranked the eighth highest accurate pollster out of hundreds of polling companies by the polling aggregator site 538.

AtlasIntel, which is ranked 22nd for accuracy by 538 and considered very reputable by the left-leaning site MediaBias/FactCheck, released a poll about the same time which showed Gallego just one point ahead of Lake. However, that survey was heavily weighted with women responding, who trend more Democratic than men, surveying about 53 percent women to 46 percent men. It also failed to survey Democrats and Republicans relative to their numbers in the state; oversampling Democrats.

‘Bring it On:’ Arizona Supreme Court Justice Responds to Progressive Group’s Ethics Complaint

Justice Clint Bolick

The progressive group Save our Schools Arizona (SOSAZ) filed an ethics complaint with the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct against Arizona Supreme Court Justice Clint Bolick, alleging some remarks he made during a speech crossed into politics. Bolick and another conservative Arizona Supreme Court Justice, Kathryn King, are up for reelection this election and progressives are heavily targeting them for defeat due to their vote upholding Arizona’s strict old abortion law, which has since been repealed.

SOSAZ cited an article in Politico which quoted Bolick’s remarks to the Sun City West Republican Club in early October. He said their ruling on abortion was only “a convenient excuse to try to get people on the left riled up and replace us with judges who will rubber stamp their ideological agenda.” He said he would continue “fighting for conservative principles,” and brought up his work for the Goldwater Institute and the Reagan Justice Department, and mentioned that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is a mentor and his child’s godfather.

Victor Davis Hanson Commentary: The Absurdity of Kamala Harris

Kamala Harris

As Vice President Kamala Harris slips in the polls, the Democratic National Committee/Harris Campaign/mainstream media fusion talking points become even more absurd and inane.

Commentary: Without Massive Reform, a Trump Victory Will Be in Vain

President Donald Trump

by Christopher Roach   It looks like Donald Trump is going to win. I always thought he would in a fair fight. But winning the election could prove to be a Pyrrhic victory if Trump does not take very specific steps to wrest control of the federal government from hostile elements in the permanent bureaucracy. Setting aside who really won in 2020, no one disputes that Trump did win in 2016, but after that victory, he was still not allowed to govern. Instead, he was harried by the coordinated activities of entrenched interests. His naivete about the many backstabbers in the executive branch and within his own party further enhanced their ability to disrupt his first term. Outright lies from the intelligence community gave birth to the “Russian Collusion” accusation, which permitted the Obama administration to spy directly on Trump’s campaign through secret warrants on key campaign personnel. This lie also gave birth to a distracting and invasive special counsel investigation, which concluded early on that no such collusion took place but dragged on for two years out of spite. The fifth column extended beyond the intelligence community to ordinary bureaucrats, high-level military officers, and his own cabinet. Though duty-bound to follow his directives, these…

Progressives Threaten Conservative Election Attorneys in Advance of 2024 Election

Kate Shaw, Donald Trump

Progressive activists are warning conservative election attorneys to avoid getting involved in litigation over the 2024 election or they will have their jobs threatened, will be targeted for disbarment, and even prosecuted. Many attorneys who assisted with litigation over the disputed 2020 presidential election, such as Donald Trump’s former attorney and constitutional legal scholar John Eastman, underwent disciplinary proceedings and prosecution.

The New York Times published an op-ed a few days ago by law professor Kate Shaw warning attorneys not to represent Trump in election litigation. She said, “Lawyers cannot, consistent with their ethical obligations, participate in devising litigation that is retrofitted to support the position Mr. Trump seems to hold — that the only ‘real’ Americans are those who cast their ballots for him and that those who vote against him are by definition engaging in fraud.”

Mainstream Media, Democrats Discouraged About Ruben Gallego’s Poor Debate Performance Against Kari Lake

Ruben Gallego and Kari Lake debate Oct, 2024

The debate between U.S. Senate candidates Kari Lake and Ruben Gallego last Wednesday left many pundits and political operatives in agreement that Lake outperformed Gallego, who currently serves in the U.S. House of Representatives in Arizona’s 3rd congressional district.

While the debate received little mainstream media coverage, some of the few outlets that did address it, as well as Democrats, expressed their disappointment in Gallego’s performance.

Kari Lake Blasts ‘Extreme Makeover Version’ of Ruben Gallego During Their Only Senate Debate

Arizona Senate Debate

Kari Lake and Ruben Gallego participated in their only U.S. Senate debate Wednesday evening, hosted by the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission. Lake hit the issue of border security repeatedly, referencing Gallego’s “dumb stupid border wall” comment, while Gallego, who referred to “illegals” when discussing the border, tried to pick apart previous statements she’d made based on technicalities.

Gallego provided his opening statement first. He criticized Lake for saying she is the authentic governor since there was fraud in the 2022 election, and complained about election officials receiving threats. However, Lake herself and many election integrity investigators regularly receive death threats, but these threats are not reported in the media.

Multiple Recent Polls Show U.S. Senate Race Between Kari Lake and Ruben Gallego Is Neck and Neck

Ruben Gallego, Kari Lake

The Kari Lake campaign highlighted some new polls on Friday showing her race against Ruben Gallego for the U.S. Senate is neck and neck. There are 20 independent polls which show that the race is averaging less than two points apart, with Gallego barely in the lead.

The campaign noted that the results correlate to a new poll Rasmussen Reports issued last Wednesday, “the pollster that called Donald Trump’s 2016 victory when no one else said he could win.” In 2023, after the election problems began so Rasmussen’s polls were “wrong” in 2020 and 2022, the political poll aggregator site 538 site still rated the pollster a respectable “B” for accuracy.

A catch-all term for “cool” that is also sort of kitsch, “brat” is one of the vibes that Harris has cultivated amidst a slow policy rollout to capture the imagination of voters and catapult herself in front of former President Donald Trump in the polls.

Visconti said he received pushback about hosting the political event, with others questioning his judgment. He said he responded to the critics and said it was too imperative to stand up for what’s right. The crowd roared with applause.

Before Running for the Oval Office, Kamala Harris Co-Sponsored a Green New Deal

Kamala Harris

by Nick Pope   Vice President Kamala Harris, seemingly first in line to run as the Democratic nominee for president now that President Joe Biden has dropped out of the 2024 race, may be even more aligned with the environmental left than Biden, her record and past comments indicate. Harris, who is tied to Biden’s $1 trillion-plus climate agenda in her capacity as vice president, has gone beyond Biden’s energy positions in the past a co-sponsor of the Green New Deal introduced in 2019 when she was a senator, and she has also made comments in support of a fracking ban that she subsequently walked back. While she has previously vacillated on some of her more left-wing policy positions, her record suggests that she may be even more progressive on energy policy than Biden if she secures the Democratic nomination and defeats former President Donald Trump in November. The New York Times described Harris on Monday as a politician who has assumed “positions far to the left of Mr. Biden on climate change,” and Politico wrote Sunday that Harris’ climate plans would have “gone even further” than those of Biden by instituting policies like a “climate pollution fee.” While in Congress, Harris was one of the…

New Pre-Shooting Poll Shows Narrow Lead for Biden in Virginia

The New York Times/Siena College poll just released results from a voter survey taken before the Trump rally shooting, showing President Joe Biden leading former President Donald Trump by just a few percentage points.

The results are causing more chatter about the role Virginia could play in the upcoming election since Biden won Virginia by 10% in 2020. Prior to a May poll by Roanoke College that showed the presidential candidates tied 42%-42%, Virginia was considered reliably blue for Biden – due to his previous performance and to the fact that George W. Bush was the last Republican presidential candidate to win the commonwealth in 2004.
