Ohio Think Tank Asks Supreme Court to Kill Biden Student-Debt-Forgiveness Plan

A center-right policy-research center based in Columbus, OH is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to nix President Joe Biden’s plan to forgive almost $500 billion in unpaid student loans. 

Nebraska and six other states sued the Biden administration to stop the program that Congress never authorized. Last November, petitioners succeeded in getting a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit to pause implementation of the plan. The following month, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear the case and oral arguments have been scheduled for February 28.

Republican Lawmakers Reintroduce Bill to Permanently Block U.S. Foreign Aid Going to Fund or Promote Abortions

The U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark decision last year ending federalized protections for abortion under Roe v. Wade hasn’t stopped the Biden administration from promoting abortion abroad. 

A group of Republican senators is reintroducing a bill that would permanently enact and expand existing prohibitions on the use of U.S. foreign assistance to pay for the performance or promotion of abortion services overseas.

Watchdog Groups Call for Expanded Search for Biden Classified Documents

President Joe Biden’s National Security Council (NSC) meetings with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) about COVID-19 disinformation in 2021, according to documents obtained in an America First Legal (AFL) lawsuit.

After the Kaiser Family Foundation published its latest State of Vaccine Confidence Insights Report — a report it routinely produced for the Biden administration — in May 2021, Elisabeth Wilhelm, a “Vaccine Confidence Specialist” at the CDC, shared it with numerous CDC and White House officials, according to emails obtained by AFL. This prompted a meeting between agencies of the federal government, including the CDC and the NSC, about the vaccine disinformation, according to heavily redacted emails.

The monthly rent Hunter Biden listed on a background screening form in 2018 exactly matches the security deposit he paid for an office at the House of Sweden in Washington D.C. the year before. Hunter Biden in 2018 Claimed Ownership of Delaware Home Where Classified Documents Were Found

In a “background screening request,” the younger Biden listed his rent as whopping $49,910 a month and his residency there from March 2017 to February 2018. He signed the document on July 27, 2018. As Breitbart reported, Joe Biden listed only $19,800 in “rents received” on his 2017 tax return. On his 2018 tax return, he listed no rents received. The document was recently shared on Twitter by the New York Post reporter Miranda Devine. Hunter listed his law firm Owasco PC on the document as a company associated with the address in 2018. House Republicans have been investigating Owasco PC’s involvement in many of Hunter’s suspicious wire transfers that have been flagged as “suspicious” by U.S. banks, according to Breitbart. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has requested that Hunter’s personal wealth manager turn over  any suspicious bank records connected to the Biden family business schemes. Excusing his tendency to hyperbole, one finds it hard to disagree when Donald Trump talks about how much better things were before the “China virus” ruined his reelection effort and set the country on a path of decline. Gas was cheap, crime was down, the border was secure, and the country was a lot freer.
