    The infrastructure bill will also give long overdue aid to public mass transit so that people will not have to depend so much on their cars and enable those who do not have a car for whatever reason to have the right to more mobility.

      That’s right. All those folks who lost their license to drive, have to find a way to the nearest liquor store or friendly drug dealer to get their fix. Maybe we can have liquor and drug vendor trucks patrolling the neighborhoods offering their wares, like the peddlers of old. Might be cheaper than providing mass transit. Probably much less fights, robberies, mayhem, on the buses and trains than we have now.
