A federal judge denied the Trump administration’s request to unseal Jeffrey Epstein grand jury transcripts and exhibits from a case in New York state.
This is the second time a federal judge in New York has denied the Trump administration’s request to release additional information about the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender.
The federal government failed to demonstrate “any special circumstances” that justify the unsealing, Judge Richard Berman wrote in the ruling.
