Crom’s Commentary: Crom Talks About Biden’s Handling of COVID

Live from Music Row Wednesday morning on The Tennessee Star Report with Michael Patrick Leahy – broadcast on Nashville’s Talk Radio 98.3 and 1510 WLAC weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. – host Leahy welcomed the original all-star panelist Crom Carmichael to the studio for another edition of Crom’s Commentary.

Leahy: Now it is, of course, time for today’s Crommentary ladies and gentlemen. Crom, what do you have for our Crommentary this morning?

Carmichael: Mike, this is going to wander around it a little bit, but it’s in the general category of I’m finding some things difficult to believe. Let me give you two or three things that all kind of fall into that general category. Kind of a theme.

Since Biden has been president, which has been less than ten months we’ve had 375,000 people who have died from COVID, but we’ve had the vaccine the entire time that he’s been president. And we’ve had a large number of people who have taken the vaccine during that period of time.

We also have had a lot of people who have gotten COVID and recovered. During the Trump presidency in his last ten months, that’s when people started dying from COVID in March of 2020. And there were 350,000 people who died.

I am struggling with why more people have died with the vaccine than prior to the vaccine. I don’t know the answer to it. I do know that only about 500 of the people who’ve died have been 17 years of age or under, 500. That’s all.

Yes, Every Kid

And yet by the administration is trying to mandate the children five years of age and to 11 be forced to take the vaccine. And many of the school districts that are now in San Francisco are trying to impose it.

And this is true not just in school districts, but in companies where OSHA is saying, telling companies do not to keep track of people who have an adverse reaction to the vaccine. So I’m really troubled by that. So that’s one thing.

Another thing I’m troubled by is that Biden claims that they’re not enough workers and that’s part of the supply chain problem. Well, I will agree that there are not enough people working, but there are 4 million fewer people working today than two years ago.

Four million fewer. We have a great shortage in many of the areas that deal with our supply chain. Why do we have 4 million fewer people working? Why do we have a shortage of closing in on 100,000 truck drivers?

And with Biden’s mandate, we’re going to end up with a greater shortage of pilots, truckers, even though they’re now saying if you’re a trucker, you don’t have to comply with the mandate. And even if you’re in a company of more than 100.

And then you have a shortage of policemen because of the mandate. A shortage of fire. A shortage of healthcare workers. Now these, by the way, we’re always extolled and lifted up as the frontline. The front line of our defense against COVID.

And now they’re being punished if they don’t take a vaccine, even if they have had COVID. Then you look at the Rittenhouse trial. I’ve been watching that and watching the evidence. And if Rittenhouse did not act in self-defense then that defense will disappear forever.

What I’m looking at here is a thuggish theme that is coming from the left that if you oppose us in any way at all, we’re going to do whatever we can to actually destroy your life. And that’s what more and more people are reacting acting against.
