    Notice the map in the illegal alien packet. Two cities are shown in Tennessee. One is Morristown in Hamblen County. 25 years ago this county’s school system demographic was closer to 95% white and 5% black. Today it is coincidentally nearly 30% hispanic. Not natural migration. Concentrated.
