Owners of the National Football League (NFL) are expected to vote on whether Nashville will host Super Bowl LXIV in February 2030, according to NFL Network.
League owners reportedly will decide on Nashville as the host city for the 2030 Super Bowl during Tuesday’s Spring League Meeting.
If approved, the game would mark the first Super Bowl ever played in Nashville and would serve as another milestone for the Tennessee Titans’ new Nissan Stadium, which is currently under construction on the east side of the team’s current home along the Cumberland River.

The possibility of Nashville hosting the NFL’s biggest event comes months after NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell openly praised the city’s ability to host major events and suggested Nashville was already viewed as “Super Bowl-ready” during an appearance at the Titans’ topping-out ceremony for the new stadium last November.
“This is a Super Bowl-ready city, and the only thing that is missing is the stage,” Goodell said at the ceremony. “Now, you are building a great stage.”
The Titans’ new enclosed stadium is scheduled to open in 2027, giving the venue several years to host NFL games and large-scale events before potentially welcoming Super Bowl LXIV in 2030.
In addition to Titans and Tennessee State University games, the venue is expected to host Final Fours, College Football Playoff games, WrestleMania, concerts and other civic events.
According to the Titans’ stadium website, the new facility will feature improved sight lines, exterior terraces with panoramic views of downtown Nashville, and a circular-shaped ETFE translucent roof designed to allow year-round events regardless of weather conditions. The stadium will have an approximate capacity of 60,000 and will use an advanced artificial turf playing surface.
Regarding economic impact, the Titans expect the $2.1 billion stadium project to generate $33.7 billion in total economic impact for the Nashville economy over the next 30 years.
