Breitbart   On Friday, officials with the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that they are seeking to denaturalize 12 naturalized American citizens accused of crimes like murder, terrorism, firearms trafficking, marriage fraud, identity fraud, and possessing child pornography, among other things. “If you’re going to come and become a citizen in this country, but you’re going to do it by fraud, you’re going to do it in a way that’s illegal, you should be worried,” Attorney General (AG) Todd Blanche told CBS News this week. “We are not limiting ourselves to anybody in particular, except to say that unfortunately, and I think you’re going to hear more about this in the coming days and weeks, there are a lot of individuals who are citizens who shouldn’t be,” Blanche said, hinting at the enforcement action announced Friday. Judge Schedules Criminal Trial for James Comey for July 15

The Hill   A federal judge on Friday set a July 15 trial date for former FBI Director James Comey on his new criminal charges of threatening President Trump. U.S. District Judge Louise Flanagan, who will oversee the trial, also agreed that Comey doesn’t have to make the trek to her North Carolina courtroom on Monday to formally enter his not guilty plea. It’ll take place closer to trial. The longtime Trump foe faces two criminal charges over allegations that a photo of seashells he shared on social media last May that displayed the message “86 47” amounted to a threat on Trump’s life. The phrase “86” is commonly used as slang for removing or throwing out something or someone, and Trump is the 47th president. FBI Probing Senate Intel Democrats for Possible Classified Leaks, Spurred by NSA Criminal Referral

The FBI has opened an investigation into possible leaks of classified information by Democrats or their staffs on the Senate Intelligence Committee, spurred in part by a criminal referral from the National Security Agency concerning the release of one of its overseas intercepts, sources told Just the News.

The NSA made the referral last summer concerning reports, including one in The New York Times, earlier that year during Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s confirmation process that quoted information from an intercept of two Hezbollah terrorist figures who claimed Gabbard, during a 2017 trip to Syria, had met with the “big guy.”

NAACP Sues Tennessee over New Congressional Maps over Legality of Mid-Decade Redistricting

On behalf of a litigant from Memphis, the Tennessee State Conference of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) on Thursday sued Tennessee over its new congressional maps, which have been signed by Governor Bill Lee, and will likely see U.S. Representative Steve Cohen (D-TN-09), Tennessee’s last Democratic representative in the U.S. House, lose his seat to a Republican.

In a press release announcing the lawsuit, NAACP attorney Kristen Clarke accused the Tennessee General Assembly and Lee of passing “a direct attack” aimed at dismantling “majority-black districts.” Clarke stated, “democracy without black representation is not a democracy.”
