Exclusive: Jack Smith Subpoenaed Phone Records of Former Kansas Attorney General Who Led Outside Challenge to 2020 Election Results

Phill Kline

A new document obtained by The Tennessee Star reveals that former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline was among the 430 individuals or organizations who were subpoenaed as part of the Arctic Frost probe into the 2020 election contest by President Donald Trump and other Republicans, revealing for the first time that former special prosecutor Jack Smith extended his investigation to legal experts and organizations who sought to contest the results from outside the White House.

The Star obtained correspondence from Verizon last week, notifying the Kline family on February 25 that its records had been subpoenaed by the U.S. Senate. The records requested related to an earlier subpoena obtained by Smith, and Verizon attached records revealing the special prosecutor’s office contacted the telecommunications company on August 1, 2023, to inform them of their obligation to produce Kline’s records to comply with a grand jury subpoena.

Before FBI Subpoena, Congressional Observers Flagged Commingled Ballots at Maricopa County Center

Before the FBI subpoenaed election records involving Arizona’s largest county this month, congressional staffers dispatched to monitor Maricopa County’s vote-counting process in 2024 reported “alarming” concerns that completed mail-in ballots were stored in the same room as blanks and were sorted by a third-party printing company that had no government officials or partisan observers on site, according to a copy of the observer’s report obtained by Just the News.

The concerns about one of Maricopa’s third-party run centers were detailed in a memo written during the 2024 presidential election in which Trump won, including in Arizona. BREAKING NEWS

CBS News   The U.S. may be responsible for the bombing of a girls’ school in Iran that killed 168 people, many of them children, on Feb. 28, sources told CBS News. The preliminary U.S. assessment suggests that the United States is “likely” responsible for the deadly attack but did not intentionally target the school and may have hit it in error, possibly due to the use of dated intelligence which wrongly identified the area as still part of an Iranian military installation, a person briefed on the preliminary intelligence told CBS News. Israel’s military was also not operating in the area, two sources told CBS News. READ THE FULL STORY
